    @virginmedia Yes. We have been without internet in the area since yesterday and sit nice yesterday you are saying you will get it fix in the next 4 hours. Just now, another text that we’ll have to wait till 8 o’clock. This a joke, honestly 😡

    @virginmedia I’ve called them and got nowhere - it’s a simple request that should be a simple form - not an hour wait in the phone minimum. You don’t publish the number, it isn’t in the help screen and the chat function times out! #useless #poorcustomerservice

    For a communication co @virginmedia aren’t very commutative. Their internet is down AGAIN. 3rd time in 2 weeks. I saw one of their men at a roadside junction box. That’s dangerous they should leave that to the experts. I am seriously thinking of returning to @bt_uk

    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia I am being over charged every month. I rang up last month and again was told if I pay an amount I wouldn’t have no more issues and my next bill would be what it should be, but again it is wrong. I can’t deal with the stress it’s causing me and really need it to be sorted out

    @virginmedia So this afternoon I’ve your text service and so far no solution. To update you the replacement sim has has no effect. So far I’ve had two of team advised that their shift is finished and passed me onto someone else. So on the text service I’m now onto talking your 3rd cust agent

    @virginmedia I’ve received my 3rd email today saying you’re gonna charge me £40 for not returning ‘my kit’. There have been no driver’s attempting this collection. I have Ring doorbell to prove no attempts have been made! You guys can’t even get THIS right! Terrible company!!
