    @virginmedia it might be worthwhile to go through English training with some of your call centre staff as I’ve just wasted 35 minutes talking to a complete retard whilst trying to upgrade my account 👍🏼

    I’m having real issues with my @virginmedia broadband. Is anyone else being affected by their service? It’s an intermittent fault and my broadband drops which is so frustrating when #workingfromhome I have to say that @virginmedia haven’t been helpful despite calling them often.

    @virginmedia @GlasgBricklayer The problem with @virginmedia is it happens too often . Your staff lie to achieve sales figures and it’s us the public who have the trouble . The chances of talking to the person who caused the trouble is NONE

    @virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

    @virginmedia So should I check your outage page daily to see if I’m getting the service I’m already being overcharged for? It took 30 minutes to talk to someone btw. Also; scaring people to overpriced renewals 6 months in advance is DISGUSTING.

    @virginmedia Well after 30 years that's me left VM. I would advise anyone to check their contracts to make sure you are not getting charged for a package you never signed up for(Like me) Forget complaining and watch out for the trick of you having to apply for a returns package
