Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

Dealing with ongoing @virginmedia connection issues whilst trying to work is bad enough, but then repeated issues whilst trying to watch #sheffieldUnited lose again is just too much. Especially as my bill is pushing £50 a month. Can't work, can't suffer the footie. Come on virgin

Recently renegotiated my contract with @virginmedia just received notification that they are billing me for 50% more than was agreed. Called them and they cannot explain why, and have registered my complaint and someone will call me at some point in the next 48 hours. Scandalous

@virginmedia Not really. He said that there had been an outage in the area. That seems to happen nearly every day at the moment. Resetting the box multiple times, running a test, waiting then hoping.

@virginmedia 2wks ago I was sent out a faulty phone, as a replacement for the one I had returned for repair. My last contact with anyone was last Monday when my complaint had been escalated. I am paying for a product which cannot be used properly & this is totally unacceptable!
