@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

@virginmedia well for the past almost 4 weeks been having problems with internet my husband had phoned nearly every day now and get told sending stuff down the line had guys come out as well and still not sort out and working from home as well need it also fostering too

@virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

@virginmedia again rubbish service. Unable to do anything, all of Virgin servers are down. Can’t book an engineer, unable to update my info. Poor poor poor. Call us back in 2 hours, great! I love@being on hold for an hour. Always an issue. #cancellationdepartment

@virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

@virginmedia Hi there! I just checked, I have changed it to NO. However my issue is not calls from Virgin, my issue is a caller from 01745 870855 claiming to be my internet provider and threatening to cut off our connection.

@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!
