@virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

@virginmedia having issues again in our area. I have unplugged and reset our broad band box but still having issues. Signal dropping out and low speeds. We are paying a premium for the fastest speeds yet we get mediocre speeds and poor Wifi. Can you check asap please.

@virginmedia No I spent 1-hour on the phone trying to resolve an issue that has taken 3-months to deal with, after 3 different managers were said to call back and didn't - I certainly didn't want to go back through the pain of starting again.
