  • SteveRiches4 Safetypenfold (@SteveRiches4) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia router not working, of course not your equipment has to be mine. Why have to wait 48 hours to phone again if still not working. It’s arrogant to think we know nothing about IT.

  • stevegoodman Steve Goodman (@stevegoodman) reported from Nuneaton, England

@andrew_kemp Yeah, I wouldn't mind it as a permanent bridge to Azure. I'm on Virgin Media though and had problems doing that in the past, though

  • faizalmom Faizal Momoniat (@faizalmom) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia could you explain to me why over 20 years of being a customer of yours counts for nothing you’d rather lose a loyal customer

  • smarts35 Martine kotecha (@smarts35) reported from Braunstone, England

@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual, even though they were bought through them.!!!!

  • FearnLspp Jamie Fearn (@FearnLspp) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

  • AshArmstrong9 Ash Armstrong (@AshArmstrong9) reported from Leicestershire, England

@Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

  • stevegoodman Steve Goodman (@stevegoodman) reported from Nuneaton, England

@andrew_kemp @bt_uk @virginmedia To be fair to VM I get excellent service round here. No FTTP available from BT though - I think the best I get is a paltry 16Mb/s. However the customer service.. not so good.

  • AshArmstrong9 Ash Armstrong (@AshArmstrong9) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia Seems OK now. It was Prime Video that was the problem. I think they couldn't handle all the football live streaming very well, and something had to give. Thanks 👍

  • Psycho_Deadman Il Mentore (-Psycho-) Deadman (@Psycho_Deadman) reported from Hinckley, England

@virginmedia Yes, resetting the router solves the issue, however, the issue we have is that we have to reset the router 2-3 times a week. Yesterday we had to do so 4 times. The slightest bit of rain.. the signal is gone. It is thoroughly frustrating.

  • thecornstar Andy Corney (@thecornstar) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia Sorry no, left you years ago - never again, you we’re far better when you were NTL

  • adamkemp24 Adam Kemp (@adamkemp24) reported from Leicestershire, England

Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

  • FearnLspp Jamie Fearn (@FearnLspp) reported from Coventry, England

@virginmedia how can I pay for 350mb Broadband which the WiFi never works and I’m hotspoting through @O2 iPhone at home 🏠 😡

  • thecornstar Andy Corney (@thecornstar) reported from Leicestershire, England

@BicramAthwal @virginmedia Awful company, truly abysmal customer service.

  • adamkemp24 Adam Kemp (@adamkemp24) reported from Leicestershire, England

@bennmarkpotter @virginmedia Getting a issue of only 2mbps when I’m paying for 200mbps. It’s a joke. I’m gonna move to sky they guarantee 60mbps or your money back. U should do the same 👍

@AudreySuffolk @Nationwide @virginmedia Happy birthday, Audrey, and sympathies - I’m sorry to hear that retail financial and other consumer services continue to fail adults who lack capacity and their attorneys, a subject of which I sadly have both professional and personal knowledge

  • Belasaz_ Alex Williams (@Belasaz_) reported

@virginmedia having constant issues with our connection, I have to reset our router 4/5 times a day. This is every single day without any good days. What's the best fix for this as working from is impossible. Having to use my mobile data!

  • AngHemsley Ang Hemsley Hall (@AngHemsley) reported

Massive shout out to Del from @virginmedia and has fixed my issue after speaking to numerous other people from his company he got stuff done!!!

@virginmedia Why does my upload keep dropping when I’m trying to produce a stream? I shouldn’t be dropping any network frames

  • AudreySuffolk Audrey Ludwig (@AudreySuffolk) reported

I’ve spent my birthday failing to sort out stupid problems caused by @Nationwide and @virginmedia both of whom cannot seem to cope with powers of attorney ( and that having sent them one means they need to deal with my mum and I not my disabled dad)

  • lucadreenalize luca DeRella (@lucadreenalize) reported

Virgin Media is terrible! 4 days without wifi last week, today wifi keeps going off... during a pandemic where people need to work from home! But of course I've received a bill ignoring my loss of income. Disgraceful! @virginmedia @BBCWorld @RightToPlay_UK

  • Ray_Stubbs Kevin Johns (@Ray_Stubbs) reported

@virginmedia In that case if I was to cancel now would I have to pay the £240 early contract ending fee as I am only one week over my cooling off period? I think I know the answer because you are a set of robbing **** but thought it was worth asking

  • barry02121983 Barry Stewart (@barry02121983) reported

@virginmedia I'm moving house and @virginmedia can't provide me with there service in my new house so I have to give them £240!!! And post there kit back to them! Absolute shambles wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Stay away!

  • neilololol neil (@neilololol) reported

@virginmedia no broadband all day today, tv and broadband intermittent all day yesterday for both us and our neighbours. service status is saying there's no issues in the area, which there clearly is. any chance of us being able to use the services we pay for???

  • poetoftruth88 Jessica (@poetoftruth88) reported

@virginmedia @richardbranson been trying to leave your company since the 16 of December due to moving in January. Email complaint ignored and disconnection request ignored. Still being charged?!! Can’t leave your company as was passed through five departments and nothing resolved
