    @virginmedia 5 days no internet, promises of 24 hours it will be running, then told a little maintenance, yesterday at 9:30am we were told in 9 hours you will get a call guaranteed (didn’t happen). All day today no work has got done! Poor internet for years and now none!! WTH!!

    FINALLY!!! After raising a serious complaint with @virginmedia with the prospect of the ombudsman getting involved... They've finally got my services up and running Now all that remains is for them to sort out some compensation and then we can pretend this never happened

    Genuinely believe that @virginmedia has the single worst support service of any ISP in the UK. The website is a spaghetti junction of redirects and unhelpful pages with no actual way to contact live support.
