    Obviously, using the @UswitchUK service I should shop for a better than the exorbitant @virginmedia broadband service with phone line that I pay for but never use, after 6 years, they are complacent, I'm unhappy, because the Direct Debits are going in above the rate of inflation.

    @virginmedia Hub is in the living room. No signal in the bedroom which is really close. Been happening for the past 6 months or so. Wasn’t originally the case.

    @virginmedia we have a loss of broadband in the M6 area. No notification but the automated service states it’s an update on the service. If you want to provide good customer service, prior warning would be good. I’m fed up of this. If I can’t work from home, I will lose pay!!!

    @virginmedia is there a problem with virgin and @NetflixUK? Hasn’t been working through my tv since last night around 10.30/11pm. Getting error ui-800-3. Have turned off and unplugged everything for 3+ minutes and still getting the error. Works fine on my phone on same wifi
