    Hi @virginmedia, I rang 150 to say I wanted to leave. The person I spoke to instead offered me deals which I turned down. Then we finished the call. Have I left or would I have gone through a different process first?

    @virginmedia Trying again to get through as desperately need to speak to someone as can’t access my account as it’s been hacked and my broadband service is shocking was on hold over an hour yesterday and been holding now for 30 mins, holding for an hour is not acceptable customer service!!!!

    @virginmedia Most of the summer he spent trying to get through - hour plus to get through - IF he got through ! When he did was then hung up on - he wrote start of Oct so I am trying to get him to cancel DD -assume you will contact him then ! Over 4months paying out !

    @virginmedia And now it says 'there's an intermittent connection issue in your area, it should be fixed within 24hrs'. Which is EXACTLY what it said when I posted my original tweet! So nothing has been done to fix it; I expect my bill credited back for broadband costs for every day since then

    @virginmedia I checked for issues and it said to reset the hub which I’ve done and it’s made no difference at all. The red light is still permanently on. No problems with recordings, internet or connecting to the box downstairs
