Productivity nearly at zero today because @virginmedia been off for nearly 24 hours 🙃 came on for 1 hour and now no service again! ...not I rely on the internet for work or anything 🤔 🙄🤬

@om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

52 minutes and two escalations for @virginmedia call centre to agree the diagnosis I’d already made. ‘Your “intelligent” booster pod is not working. A new one will be with you in 3-5 working days’ No wifi upstairs for a week is unacceptable

@virginmedia I also have multiple pictures of my Internet speeds from various days and different times of each day for proof. Even the diagnostic tool on your hub settings tell me i have an issue with my connection. Then people on the phone tell me its fine when I can cearly see it isn't.

@virginmedia I don't use wi-fi, I'm plugged in with a cable. I'm 100% certain it's a problem with your service. I already explained all the details in the complaint but your team loves to ignore that. I'll be asking for compensation and a free switch to another provider soon.
