    @jbjon @virginmedia Fix by 7pm or so the service status page says... I’m not counting my chickens, TBH. 4G tethering seems to be pretty swift for now.

    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

    @virginmedia I was told they were sorry and they were working on getting the problem fixed as soon as possible and he was going to sort out a goodwill gesture of a reduction on my next bill!

    @virginmedia I've been suffering from 20-40% packet loss on my broadband for 2 weeks now, I've called up the service team multiple times and I've been given a different date on which it will be fixed 28th,29th,31st and now the 4th I'd like some clarity with what's happening

    @virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

    @virginmedia why is it every couple of days I have to reboot my V6 box so I can watch Amazon Prime. Never have this problem on my PC nor android phone 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

    @virginmedia To everyone with @virginmedia struggling to get through on 150/0345 454 1111. Try 02037065273 it’s customer relations direct number (above customer services). You’ll still be on hold for ages but it will save you time and most certainly annoy them.

    @virginmedia Oh yes you are! This is typical @virginmedia service! A service issue that’s ongoing for over two months! Customers given confusing and incorrect information! An incompetent customer service team! I’ve already asked for compensation but no action yet. The whole thing’s a mess!
