Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

Swapped to @giffgaff who have been brilliant. I’ve never looked back, I’d urge everyone to swap to a rolling monthly contract instead.
