I did a sim swap to rain but it went through twice and sim isn’t working and can’t connect through esim. Some to web chat yesterday and they said they couldn’t do anything. Any thoughts on how to sort please

Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
