AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

@VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

@VodafoneUK are an absolute disgrace. Despite verbally cancelling her expired contract, she received a threatening 'automated' debt reclaimation letter. Phoned them, settled the bill, SIM removed, verbally cancelled again. New bill for 2 months received, impossible to cancel!!
