Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Kev, unfortunately they're always a different number. I always block each one. Does Vodafone actively help to block this rubbish? Or is there a way of finding out where the numbers originate from to block all calls and voicemails from a certain country or something?

@VodafoneUK Literally losing the will to live with your service. After 7 days of delay to delivering the router the DPD driver turns up and asks for a modem to be swapped! There is nothing to swap it is a new booking - How can you guys mess it up so much?
