    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

    @VodafoneUK messaged you a month ago as having problems with router loosing power regularly and is getting worse. I’ve chased several times and no solution yet. I wfh so need a reliable router option is to sort with yourself or I’ll go elsewhere.

    @rebecca_ryder21 @VodafoneUK I've never had any issues with the Samsung flagships (S series) My mum has a J model and has had loads. Unfortunately they put all their cash into the big ones. I had 7 blackberries in as many months 10y ago. THAT'S bother.

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    @VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

    Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

    @VodafoneUK Dont u think iv done that. Its been ongoing since friday. 3 Vodafone contracts in this house without a network all wknd. Iv got the 1st compensation il be phoning for a reduction when the work is complete. We pay over £100 pm for all our contracts. No service no payment

    I can’t translate into words how much I hate @VodafoneUK . It shows on my phone that I have full 4g, but just doesn’t work. I can’t tell how many times I almost got in trouble for not having my phone working.

    @libdemdaisy @VodafoneUK Not surprising. They doubled the premium for my dad’s contract without asking him. When he refused to pay the bill they blocked his number. He’d been a customer for 20 years.

    @Gary__888 @VodafoneUK to try and do a deal for me but i said i was to pissed off with there shite service to even listen. I got a sim free deal off lebara, they use the Vodafone network and is pennies compared to Vodafones expensive **** contracts.
