Told by @VodafoneUK shop in #Basingstoke that they would send my daughter’s #Vodafone branded phone for repair free of charge. It has a broken charging port. Took it in and because the screen is cracked now told there would be a charge.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup unbelievable. Vodafone not responding DM - when they asked me to DM! phone is still off - 4 days and her accounts could still be hacked - no response from Vodafone. Lied to by Vodafone staff saying service will be back in under 2 hours - 2 days ago.
