    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @VodafoneUK My sky broadband contract is up on the 18th Jan was considering your FTTP service. If I did take your service would it be activated on the same day as I was disconnected from the Sky service.

    @VodafoneUK You’re messaging me asking me to call and not calling me like you said you would but won’t accept phone calls! How am I supposed to talk then! You customer care is #awful ans I have logged the past 7 days nightmare in case you cut my phone off and I have to seek legal advice.

    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneUK hopeless service 3 phone calls I have been a customer for years and decided to do my gamepass through you and pay £22.99 a month. I have now been told by Micrsoft they didnt receive payment from you and have cancelled said gamepass and now I have to pay again.

    @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke
