    @VodafoneUK Still no fibre after 7 days - promised resolution by @CityFibre at noon - nothing. 2 more hours on phone tonight. Person 19 spoken to tonight - reset router - nothing - put through to escalation- on hold for 1 hr - then cut off after team went home. Day 8 tomorrow

    @VodafoneUK poor form from Vodafone; they promote Click and Collect as avoiding separate delivery (environment), but it takes longer than home delivery. And poor website design makes this impossible to see 😡 - now no nice new phone camera before I go on holiday

    @VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK @Sadunzylmz I have to say that l’ve been using Vodafone for years including the uk. Unfortunately Vodafone in Turkey does not treat its customers kindly. They charge me even though l didn’t buy an extra package. They don’t solve this problem of mine.

    Still the same issue and been the same since! So I’m paying for a contract for 2 phones and my partner a 3rd and we can’t even use our phones when not connected to WiFi! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK how do I get to speak to a person without having an account? You text me monthly about my bill, but I’m not with you. Webchat can’t help so gave me a phone number, but I can’t get through the phone menu because I don’t have an account with you.
