    @VodafoneUK There isn't any maintenance on going, your network is just rubbish. You've only got 20Mhz of spectrum deployed for 4G. Stop being stingy and deploy more.

    No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

    Is it just me or is everyone experiencing problems with @VodafoneUK broadband. WiFi is fine and dwonload speed is fine but nothing is loading when connected 😭

    @VodafoneUK hey, was very pleased with the move from sky fibre to you at the start but the last 2 weeks has seen consistent drop outs in internet connectivity, router rebooted no other changes prior to the issue starting.

    Been trying up grade all day with @VodafoneUK live chat on and off since 9am. I not been offered 1 deal, fed aload of shit and chat ended after queuing for over a hour over and over again! I ONLY WANT TO ******* UPGRADE!!! Piss piss poor. **** it. Beer time.

    @VodafoneUK connection is so bad I can’t even access the app by Wifi, however it’s still showing connection is 48.9 mb/s when check on my mobile internet. What a joke, bad move, should of stuck with sky

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @Nicktendo_ @VodafoneUK I know Vodafone in Lichfield for years have had signal problems so might be related , though yeah ofcom should look into it as throttling ain’t allowed and no need either .. they use it sometimes to get you to upgrade to high value packages as well

    @VodafoneUK want to cancel my upgrade I ordered yesterday over phone but been told I need to wait until it arrived in store and tell them I don’t want it. Seems daft you can’t cancel it over the phone.

    @BlacksTTer @VodafoneUK It's been explained to me. Spoke to Nathan online support who was very helpful. My contract is up soon. The price goes up after it ends so I'll upgrade or goto pay as you go. If it didn't I'd been pissed as I was told it wouldn't go up for the duration of the contract

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order for a pay monthly SIM and its been almost 3 weeks now, I have not been able to receive my SIM and not get any update. I have spoken to 3 of your customer service agents and none of them have been helpful. This has become quite frustrating for me 😞

    @VodafoneUK Too late Jay, already switched to another provider... They have exceptional customer service in terms of actually noting my disability and have better support for it. You have breached contract as per consumer rights act 2015 so no termination fees will be paid. Bye
