No need for a new phone so I’ve been sensible for once and gone SIM only. Down from 67 quid a month to 25 for 60gb data, unlimited minutes, texts,roaming + intl minutes included plus @Spotify premium for the length of the contract - that will do, thanks @VodafoneUK

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

@Manny_Official Vodaphone, I was on holiday with my cousins in a place with bad signal. They had EE and didn’t have any bars me and my brother have vodaphone and we had 3 bars with working data @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK My husband is in the army and away. His phone is Vodaphone and so is our home router sim only. Frustratingly his own phone isn’t enabled for inclusive data at your 83 destinations but our home route thing is…please can you help him call his 7m old each day w/o cost
