    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @VodafoneUK Agree, if @VodafoneUK could provide an app that determines the WiFi speed to the device and if poor provide equipment to improve that would be great. They never ask me the size and construction of my house when I signed up
