    @VodafoneUK - trying to get through to you to cancel my broadband account. The no you provide seems to be pretty well unstaffed. So far over 3 hours of ‘queueing’ over 3 days & still no person to speak to. Can you provide alternatives. Including this channel.

    @g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

    @VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @chelt_onian @Ofcom @VodafoneUK That email was my only lifeline. I cant remember how I got it. But then told wrong IMEI, had various codes, told I must be doing something wrong. Eventually got sorted. Just in a similar position with a friend who faces same EXACT issues 5 years later. So thought why not help

    @VodafoneUK Have lovely new Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, but no WiFi calling in menu. Please help... Already tried turning WiFi calling off and on again in Vodafone account settings, but no WiFi Calling in Phone settings.

    @VodafoneUK I am so fed with Vodafone customer service. I wanted to change from pay monthly to payg, in November but your colleague said they will give good deal unlimited super fast sim and firsrt 6 month half price. When I check my bill I notice that half price was not applied

    So not only do @VodafoneUK now support eSIMs (which is mentioned on the Apple carrier page) they also now do Visual Voicemail (which isn’t mentioned) and they have finally got SMS-over-WiFi-Calling working. Here endeth the geeky telecoms tweet.

    @YUofficial @vodafone_de @VodafoneUK Vodafone is providing disgustingly low quality (especially upload) and then is being unhelpful and incompetent to fix it long term. You're disrupting a community and source of income out of lack of ability to do your job and fix the issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's the thing though, there's nothing even close. I've always loved Three, but if this is what a 'loyal' customer gets, I'm going to end up moving to somewhere like @VOXI_UK or @VodafoneUK if you aren't willing to help me out. I only have 30 days before you do what you want.
