@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

@VodafoneUK Technical challenge since day 1, called several times until I got to the tech 2 team who has made it clear they can’t help!! Invested a couple days worth of investigation to find others r having same. didn’t take ur customer service a minute to process cancellation.

@VodafoneUK One of the worst customer experiences ever! Registered to leave 4 months ago and they are still sending bills and bailiff letter now! Live chat have not cancelled the line as they said they would. Speaking on the phone can take over an hour of waiting. Truly shocking!
