    @VodafoneUK Hi. Understand things can go wrong, but who commissioned support chat function where I arbitrarily have to type every 3/4 minutes to stop it getting disconnected? Very frustrating when tech support can’t solve something

    Never and i mean never get a contract with @VodafoneUK there company is full of actual criminals! Now have to seek legal advise due to them illegally canceling my contract for no reason and sending the remaining contract balance to a debt collection company for over £800 🤬😵

    @VodafoneUK I’m on hold to complaints as well. But I’m still here. This needs to be resolved ASAP. The same problem since November, numerous call and tweets and no problem fixed. But guess what I’m now being charged a completely different price that was advertised to me within the deal 🤢🤮

    @DavieTommo84 @VodafoneUK @EE ...UK it was bloody awful, hard to keep a call going! Once I could I got rid of it but they kept charging me for 7 months despite me cancelling it and calling them every time they took another payment. Terrible cutomer service! I promise you though, EE is the one.

    @VodafoneUK Also, I wasn't told the headphones offer would expire the day after the quote (which made me lose £200 worth of headphones), I was lied to 5-6 times when I asked for explanations, spent hours on webchat, no excuses, no solution, no compensation, no interest at all. Disgusting.
