-
✌🏻Gary aka Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@VodafoneUK I’m always doing this. The coverage isn’t the issue Harriet, it’s the fact your 4G data service is always having issues. I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@metimwright @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon We don’t need anymore evidence when trying to use their 4G for anything hotspot related, usually it’s slow and fails a lot of the time
-
Tom Quinn® (@TomTheProducer1) reported from Camberwell, EnglandAnyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

Darren Pauls (@dazzpauls) reported from Stratford, EnglandHi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.
-
✌🏻Moofie✌🏻 (@MusicMoofie) reported from Bromley, England@VodafoneUK No point, I’m always having issue with the 4G, specially uploads. Nah, think I’ll just plod along and hurry to @EE in November when my contract is up..and I won’t look back either. I’ve been with you since 2018 and had Jon stop issues since last year. Poor show

Ards Brexit (@ArdsBrexit) reported@vodafone @VodafoneUK You will be able to track the devices that are being handed out to illegal migrants that are using your network. Facilitating these illegal migrants makes you an accessory to people trafficking. You paying customers are funding this, are they made aware?

CommonSensr (@CSensr81544) reportedAlready dumped @VodafoneUK I will not pay premium charges to support this action.
-
Chekeeuk (@chekeeuk) reported@FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!
-
Gareth Higgin (@77fenrir) reported@djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect

Osman (@deniz34j) reported@VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
