Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

@RikeFranke @VodafoneUK I’m a great supporter of privacy, but I can do that much better myself, I don't need any EU bureaucracy that has led to the whole Internet being littered with annoying hints that nobody reads, which only complicates life. We need more digital education and less stupid EU laws.

@robwatsham @VodafoneUK I’m with Giff Gaff ( offshoot of O2). No contract. I use my phone for work all the time - internet overload and pay £8 a month ( bought the phone outright). Josh in Cranbrook will help you. He’s fantastic!
