@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

@OpenreachHelp After talking to @VodafoneUK it seems my broadband has been turn off by the rude aggressive Openreach engineer who was working on the box on my house for another customer. Is this really how Openreach engineers operate ?

@OpenreachHelp You’re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone 📱 for 4 hours now - almost with 10 agents to cancel my contract. iPad was sent to repair, replacement was promised. It has been 3 months! You are still charging me! You are in clear breach of your contract- checked today!

after some confirmation from my brother, It appears to be an issue of some kind with my @VodafoneUK wifi hub, tried updating the firmware (failed), gonna try factory resetting, then firmware update, then will see what the next move is. to be continued I guess.

@VodafoneUK Paid my bill on the app with a debit card, and on your app it is still not showing as being paid. This has happened before but only with Vodafone. I shouldn’t be paying twice just because your system is awful.

Anyone thinking of moving to @VodafoneUK - don’t bother. Had the worst experience with them this week, brand new phone and brand new SIM card - SIM still not working 9 days on. Been told to wait 24 hours on 6 occasions. renaming them Throwdafone…. Straight out the window.

@VodafoneUK What is distressing and massively annoying is IMS service greyed out on S22 Ultra using Vodafone so can't disable Wifi calling notifications. Come on Vodafone please fix this huge issue I don't need permanently reminding I'm on Wifi. Other providers don't suffer from this.

@VodafoneUK Surely the worst mobile company for customer service. Just unbelievable – I have to listen to my wife’s regular and endless calls of complaint! I’ve luckily never been with them! Each customer service call she makes actually *creates* new problems! Billing mainly.
