Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.
