It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

@O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

@VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

@VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

@VodafoneUK you are an absolute disgrace. My dad is 73 years old & in very poor health. He has a mobile just so he can contact us when he is in hospital. I ordered a new SIM card for him & he topped it up with £10. He is on a pay as you go 1 account.

@JenBarber101 @VodafoneUK Works on the 02 network free 5G if your phones 5G if not free 4G at a fraction of the price even works out cheaper if you purchase your own handset , I wouldn’t change
