I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.
