    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @RJCawsey @VodafoneUK It’s because it’s a marketing gimmick to sell your data on. I have raised this as a complaint for breaching GDPR, but like anything with Vodafone, they don’t give a stuff about the law and their customers.

    @gcluley @VodafoneUK I got a free mobile dongle with an Alienware laptop in 2006 which came with £50 free credit. Sent off by post to set up the account. I used it for one month and they've been sending me invoices monthly ever since saying my account is £23.50 in credit. Never been able to cancel.
