I can’t wait to leave @VodafoneUK in November. I’m sick of the regular issues I’m experiencing. If it’s not 4G data issue which is most of the time, it’s now sending text messages. @EE would never have such regular issues, neither should any network

@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

@MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

Once again I’m having uploading issues with @VodafoneUK 4G data service. I’m sick of this, I’ll be pleased to go with @EE in November who I know are far more reliable than Vodafone ever could be. THREE times so far my upload has restarted using my mobile hotspot

@VodafoneUK no thanks i told you a year ago i was around £800 worse off a mth and would you lower my package your response pay your contract off which was about £600 and get a cheaper contract with you how did that help if i could afford to pay that then i wouldn't of be struggling

@vodafoneuk why has my bill gone up? It now over £5 your highest plan for sim only for new customers and over £10 a month higher than some of your competitors (who actually has 5g in my area). What's you customer support line so I can discuss this?

Surely trying to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract must be one of the most frustrating experiences ever. In the online chat queue for 90 minutes, chucked out when #3 in the queue, and now it's impossible to even get into the chat queue. 🤬

@VodafoneUK I live on Tiree Hebrides being told that we will have no signal for 6 days! Ridiculous! Suggest you sort it sooner otherwise I’ll take my 6 contracts elsewhere, as I believe you are in breach of contract on everyone of them. Other islanders will do the same. Your loss
