@VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

@VodafoneUK so I again tried to call you. Asked for a call back and was told 26-42 mins. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call back. In store yesterday. Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

@VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

Everyone should phone their network, be it @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK etc and object to them allowing the government to use their towers to transmit this alert. Also @apple are the ones that are allowing your phone to be frozen if you do not react to the alert.

When you ask @iD_Mobile_UK for help on how to pay your bill by reducing your data plan & they just tell you to contact a debt charity where as @VodafoneUK help by giving you a 25% dis on your other plan to help whilst in need goes to show you which cares 😡 #idmobile #vodaphone
