    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

    . @VodafoneUK What is going on with IP addresses today? Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. Can handle it changing every day but this is ridiculous!

    @VodafoneUK please can you advise how I contact someone regarding a lost curve tracker? The online chat told me to call but I can never get through and when I eventually did - the person in the call centre didn’t know what the devise is.

    @CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

    @Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

    @VodafoneUK 25Dec - 25Jan. phone still not working. It’s is not bloody rocket science; take ownership and follow through. Other than Chloe, who has been great, customer service has been crap. You broke it but I’m the one having to spend hours/days/weeks fixing it.

    @Natalie60661643 @VodafoneUK There must be a big issue, mine the same since about 10.30am. My son called me around 8.30 am and his name displayed. A couple hours later he calls again and it’s ‘unknown’. Restarted my phone, toggled called ID in settings off and on but still the same. All callers unknown

    @VodafoneUK @Kenny_connor3 @MOLEARY92 Hi Vodafone, as I mentioned those steps are not correct for iOS. I don’t have those options so please repost. However this is not a fix to resolve. It is a workaround , Vodafone must fix the actual issue at hand. Users should not be disabling their 4g. That is going backwards

    @VodafoneUK How does one contact Vodafone for some support? TOBi just doesn't work and I can't see any contact numbers on the site. Logging into my account doesn't appear to show any contact paths either. Need to speak to someone about a broadband outage yet I'm coming up empty.

    @VodafoneUK @damianhirszel Hi Damian, this is pretty widespread. Vodafone needs to pull its finger out and fix this. Been getting ‘unknown’ caller all day. Couple of buddies reporting the same issue. Unacceptable it’s taking so long to fix it in my opinion
