@VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

@BBCWatchdog @VodafoneUK are woefully inadequate at dealing with roaming issues in the US, whilst charging me £6 a day for the privilege of not being able to receive or make calls, they don’t get that data roaming and SMS messaging is working. Just no calls in/out at all. @Ofcom
