@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

@VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK The purpose of customer call centres is not to help customers (if that happens, it is entirely a by-product). The purpose of customer call centres is to keep riffraff like you and me off the backs of the managers. Try asking to speak to a manager and see how far you get.
