He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

ian rolf (@ianrolf7) reported from Otley, England@VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. 𝐙𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 (@zu_h_air) reported@VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
-
Navierstokes (@Navierstokes69) reported@VodafoneUK ...not even 24h with you guys and I'm already thinking about changing to another provider in my cooling of Period. Mainly due to your client service, the IA is horrible, when you ask for a human, you need a code , that never arrived in my mobile.
-
Child of God (@LilKonfuse) reportedDear @VodafoneUK, my account has been suspended again despite my direct debit being set up. I’ve spent 2 months trying to fix this, and it risks my credit rating. Please resolve urgently.

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Nina Moir (@neenooor) reported@VodafoneUK how can there be next to no reception on trains from sw20 to Waterloo.? On sw20 no reception on any network. It says full coverage , but you can’t do anything. How is it possible in this day and age ?
-
