@Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

Over the years they've "forgot" to take my dd for 18 months, support has advised me to use website features that don't even exist on multiple occasions, they seem unable to renew contracts without it being a major ball ache... utter trash.
