  • HannahDoubleyou hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK - and then he started to stress that we must pay things such as council tax. As a responsible tenant who already is highly aware of this I found this absolutely shocking, and this has upset me very much. The whole process was horrible and I felt misinformed and made to feel a -

  • HannahDoubleyou hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK Later it was £50/£60. At the end of the process he didn’t confirm anything about this ‘line’ I needed setting up. There were so many issues from start to finish. Not just with the lack of information but his behaviour in every aspect. Even little things like talking over me and

  • HannahDoubleyou hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Bradford, England

@VodafoneUK why has my broadband been randomly cancelled. Help me before I lose my mind :(

  • HannahDoubleyou hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

  • Hannahlufc Hannah Louise (@Hannahlufc) reported from Leeds, England

@ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

  • HannahDoubleyou hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

  • HannahDoubleyou hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK telling me he needs my debit card rather than asking if I could put it in the card machine. This is the first time I have been with your company and this experience was absolutely terrible. Your employee was more interested in pressing me on whether he will get his money back -

@VodafoneUK so I’m getting a discount on my broadband as I’m not getting the speeds but you won’t let me cancel for free, you alnowledge it’s below average speeds and doesn’t work but I can’t leave. Shocking service

  • DeanBray1 Dean Bray (@DeanBray1) reported from Leeds, England

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

I cannot wait to leave @VodafoneUK 4 ever. I was given a faulty phone, then told it is my own fault, then I sent it for repairs (that I will have to pay for) and now it has been cancelled because apparently I didn't accept the quote. I was never given one tho. Make it make sense.

  • dorsetcardio Chris Steadman (@dorsetcardio) reported

@VodafoneUK Nonsense, people do want the service, but after the 2 year contract you can pay £7 a month, what is the justification for not automatically dropping to this price once the watch has been covered by the higher price?
