@VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told “no known problems”.

Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK disgusting customer service. Several phone contracts with them for years. A phone stops working after 9 months and they refuse to repair it. They say it’s impact damage from opening and closing a flipphone. You can’t use it without opening and closing it.
