Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

Left 5yr ago and they still chase for outstanding balance on a long dead contract. Always rude. Never helpful. Knobs.

@GeorgeMonbiot If in doubt try Ofcom. Argued for 18 months with @VodafoneUK about lack of service, always an excuse. Finally asked for deadlock letter (needed to escalate) problem resolved in a week and a goodwill gesture of £100.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hideous situation, I had to deal with BT on an issue that they eventually came good on, but it took over 7 hours on the phone the majority of which was being forced to listen to banal music. Companies all need to sharpen up their acts and put more resource into customer care

When I tried to call their fraud line I made one mistake on security details #chemobrainfog I got one answer wrong,went on for hours! It was terryfing!
