    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    SIM card changed, Gigacube changed, loads of hours wasted to tech support, same old problems only mean one thing, and like I originally thought it means @VodafoneUK 4G/5G is ****, pure lies on their website stating good coverage, now get me ******** out of this contract #frauds

    @VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

    @VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

    @VodafoneUK is it true you're being forced to upgrade customers on Fibre 2 to a higher package as @GOVUK are removing this fibre service & upgrading the cables rendering fibre 2 redundant by the end of 2027? I've just been told this by your staff at retentions.

    @VodafoneUK team couldnโ€™t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1โ€“5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

    Diabolical service from @VodafoneUK . Recently upgraded to a new plan that was then cancelled in error through no fault of my own. Had to set up brand new order at higher price then to be told activation date will not be until 28.04 Currently without any broadband. Leaving now
