    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    Hi @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUKdeals @VodafoneUK.... How have you been so successful at being so terrible for the past 72 days. You upgraded your systems and downgraded every element of your business. Can't even send email updates correctly. You should be embarrassed.

    .@VodafoneUK nothing like having no internet ... + Wasting an hour of my life yesterday.. then being promised engineer calls within 24 hr.. but silence & internet is terrible despite fact I pay for 20 gb a month #badservice

    @VodafoneUK is becoming one of the most unreliable network in London. I called customer service yesterday to complain about network issue at London Victoria are til now NO solution. Thinking of leaving them. I can't use my mobile data inside the building

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK just called 191 to get help and no help what so ever. Working away from home and no land line or broadband working at home. Try calling and line just comes up as engaged. So much for fool proof service

    @ladyywatermelon @EE @VodafoneUK No worries. I think there is 2 Virgin networks on the tube. One is called Virgin Media, not sure if you need to be a Virgin Media customer or not to use it, but the other is just called Virgin WiFi. I’m sure all you need to do is register. My phone just automatically connects.
