    @elhussieny_h @VodafoneUK Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with Vodafone. You’ll get terrible customer service and be told you owe money that you don’t. Go to EE or Three instead. But not Vodafone.

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    I object to the hosting service going down as “lame” @OpenCageData @freyfogle @vicchi - firstly there was a fault which @VodafoneUK refused to fix as they’d given me a cease notice (they hadn’t), and then upped hosting fees to £140K+ pa

    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

    @VodafoneUK So, I called and spoke to a real person. Seems yesterdays chat was to put a plaster on my problem. The “expert” missed that I’ve had a broken (openreach) connection for some time. Tut tut. Engineer booked. Very disappointed. Seems my dongle hasn’t worked either. Have to reset.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have home broadband and will be moving to a new build property in the next few weeks where you are unable to supply any home broadband. Therefore, I will need to cancel. I am in contract. Will Early Termination Fees apply as you cannot provide the service?

    @VodafoneUK are the most CROOKED network ever. They will literally LIE to you and STEAL your money and then refuse to take your calls. Their “human” operators online will give you numbers to call that they know you cannot use. The WORST network is #Voda

    .@VodafoneUK u actively trying 2 lose customers? Had trouble getting 2 speak 2 someone. Once I did they didn’t understand what I wanted despite explaining 3 times. Asked 4 manager & told 2 wait on hold 4 10 mins, then was cut off! 3 contracts end 10/5 looks like leaving Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK Problems with "Secure Net." Not scanning just says "try again later". Are you aware of this issue? Did DM you but had one reply but no one else got back to me.

    @VodafoneUK @TfL You forced broadband and home phone package onto an elderly customer with dementia who was only trying to get their mobile number switched to a new sim card having lost their phone! You managed to switch all services over just fine, but FAILED to sort the original issue out!
