    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    @VodafoneUK have had my phone disconnected for 30 hours that I’m aware of now. No warning to any restriction either. I have spoken to online team who fob me off with “it’ll be 24hours” Absolutly disgusted with the service. Maybe I’ll cancel the upgrade we’ve just done :/

    @highwaylass @VodafoneUK The trouble with a question like this is that the experience of a network can differ depending on geographical location. But I’ve had good success across large swathes of the country with BT Mobile, which has £5 a month discount and double data if you’re a BT Broadband customer.

    @BadgeWizard @steely_glint @stevelord @VodafoneUK When you dial "112", the access request from the handset indicates an emergency request, so the network skips normal authentication, etc. and establishes a direct call to a "112" line. So no SIM card is required. BTW, the phone will pick ANY network it can find.
