  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

    2. My new provider SIM arrives, after already passing my PUK code to them, and its time to kick @VodafoneUK into touch, or so I thought...WRONG! You keep things to yourself and fail to tell departing customers that another code is needed to unlock phone

  • oqureshi Omar Qureshi (@oqureshi) reported from Hillingdon, England

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

  • izaw123 Iza White (@izaw123) reported from Hillingdon, England

@VodafoneBiz @VodafoneUK seriously wondering why I signed back up with Vodafone 😡 after numerous calls and now waiting for over 2 hours being passed from one person to another I have still not resolved the issue. Angry is an understatement 😡😡😡😡

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

    5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

  • Geojam George Biswas (@Geojam) reported from Virginia Water, England

@VodafoneUK How can I get one of your support staff to fast track through my previous contact with you, saving both you and I time? The issue is almost definitely outside my home and nothing to do with your router or the infrastructure in my house.

  • oilyblessed Essential Drops of Wellness (@oilyblessed) reported from Winkfield, England

@VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

  • Geojam George Biswas (@Geojam) reported from Virginia Water, England

@VodafoneUK so just over 3 days since an engineer visit to fix serious broadband connectivity issues, my case is closed and the issues return. Not good enough Vodafone 😡now my unique reference number has expired, I guess I have to endure hours of tests to get back

  • izaw123 Iza White (@izaw123) reported from Hillingdon, England

@daisey47 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz We will be too if they don’t sort themselves out. Their customer service is a joke. 😡

  • jaleakey John_Leakey_BTFC (@jaleakey) reported from Bracknell, England

@VodafoneUK I’ve just lost my Vodafone mobile data signal and have no phone signal. Can you look into this please ? Done the usual turn off and on and removed sim

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

    3. Devious @VodafoneUK. I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

  • superpiran Piran Sucindran (@superpiran) reported from Hillingdon, England

Just been told by @VodafoneUK to “wait until after shutdown” to sort out my ridiculous broadband issues! Utterly shambolic service start to finish!

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

So, @VodafoneUK, after 24 months of dreadful service and virtually non existent internet coverage, I can finally leave you and go to a decent provider, or, that's what I thought. Contract up, and finding a SIM only deal elsewhere is my plan

  • JoshuaSalesIX Joshua Sales (@JoshuaSalesIX) reported from Wokingham, England

Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

  • Biggers1977 Alexander Bignell (@Biggers1977) reported from Yateley, England

@VodafoneUK I’ve been with you for precisely 24hrs, moved from O2, and for all but one of those, your app is having “technical difficulties”… seriously, for nearly 24 hrs it’s still not working - come on now, sort it out…

  • Geojam George Biswas (@Geojam) reported from Virginia Water, England

@VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

  • georgiaxfleming gee (@georgiaxfleming) reported from Blackwater, England

@VodafoneUK Hello i need to speak to someone about my monthly contract! And pricing as it isn’t correct and all i keep getting is a robot down the phone that dont understand

  • Haribocheeks Cara (@Haribocheeks) reported from Bracknell, England

@VodafoneUK I’ve called twice now to notify You I’m moving. 1st time you hung up, 2nd time your voice assistant wasn’t giving me the right option. To save my sanity, could someone help me? Via message or direct call would be fab.

  • BeefyRoberts Beefy Roberts (@BeefyRoberts) reported from Hillingdon, England

    4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

  • JoshuaSalesIX Joshua Sales (@JoshuaSalesIX) reported from Wokingham, England

There’s been a lot of **** in 2020, but the worst thing about it is I joined @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

  • oilyblessed Essential Drops of Wellness (@oilyblessed) reported from Winkfield, England

Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

  • huw_austin Huw (@huw_austin) reported

@VodafoneUK just had an email to say that you are removing Suresignal in 60 days…we have no signal where we live in a rural area and our WiFi is so slow 1-2mb it can’t support WiFi calling so a new device is not an option - can you help !!! ???

  • sally_shill Sally Hill (@sally_shill) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm trying to trade in an IPhone XR, which is on your 'accepted devices' list but continues to tell me it's not!! It's not proving simple to find a solution it would seem!

  • RetroResolution ℝetro ℝesolution 48K☣️ (@RetroResolution) reported

..And the promised call back has not been received. What a surprise. Is this how you feel a customer of over a decade should be treated @VodafoneUK?

  • ehsanashraf Ehsan Ashraf 🇵🇸 (@ehsanashraf) reported from Urmston, England

@EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

  • mikecrowther191 mikecrowther1977@googlemail.com (@mikecrowther191) reported

@VodafoneUK keep trying to phone your customer services cos my Internet is down and they keep disconnecting me.

  • de_spon Debbie de Spon (@de_spon) reported

@VodafoneUK what the heck? If you live in a rural area it’s likely you have a poor internet service and you’ve stopped providing the service of a signal booster? So now I have rubbish mobile signal and unstable Wi-fi calling.

  • andrewjgriffin Andrew Griffin (@andrewjgriffin) reported

@Chris_2000 @VodafoneUK No, apparently they think it's acceptable to render a customer-purchased device as defunct by turning off their support, but without compensating customers for their loss. Luckily my contract is up for renewal so time to try EE I think. SureSignal was why I went with Vodafone.
