    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    And it’s back to the UK and awful 4G from @VodafoneUK 😂 it was better in San Francisco with my data plan. Come on guys, do better with your 4G for your customers

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    They badgered me into ‘upgrading’ my WiFi and it has been nothing but god awful ever since. They refuse to let me out of the contract despite not holding it up on their end and I’m left with basically unusable internet. @VodafoneUK this is beyond a joke now. Just let me leave pls

    @VodafoneUK This is not just slow speeds. This is months upon months of basically unusable wifi. I’ve lost work thanks to calls dropping mid meeting. Everytime someone talks ne through the steps, it works for a couple week and then it’s awful again. There are times I can’t even open apps 👎🏽
