    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

    @VodafoneUK @bazza_howarth You always say that. But no service since 6pm (Ipswich). App says everything fine, until you try to run diagnostics, then it tells you to connect to the internet first. Service outage on almost daily basis.

    @VodafoneUK Can I also ask, since I opened this account 9 months ago, I have had a bar on it, some adult filtering bar. As a man in his 40’s I do t want any bar. I have tried many times to remove it on my account on the website, but it’s broken. 9 months later, it’s still broken!
