    @VodafoneUK Hi Guys ,over the past 10 days or so I've made 3 calls to CS, enquiring about delivery of router. Last Mon I was told last Fri. Last Friday I was told this Tues. Service went live yesterday and was told I wouldnt be billed until router was connected. Was billed y'day

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    Quite funny to have had 17 Indian scam calls already today claiming to be from Openreach when I spent months asking @vodafoneuk to give @OpenreachHelp a simple solution to stop such calls. They refused saying Openreach will never ever have any dealings with members of the public.

    @VodafoneUK I am so desperate to leave Vodafone I offered to pay my contract up in full today. They said there would be a cancellation fee for paying in full early! They literally wont let me leave. Do not use this company. Their rules are insane and service woeful :-)

    @stevewhiteraven @VodafoneUK Unfortunately if you search O2, EE, Sky Mobile etc on Trust Pilot you'll get the exact same result as Vodafone. They're all just as bad as each other. We're f@#ked either way!
