    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @VodafoneUK had a business line down all day and you just keep putting us on hold! This is atrocious service. Need it back up who do we report a Vodafone business line with Level 4 cover that should have been working by now!!! So in breach of contract its a joke..... #Vodafone

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve spent three hours trying to resolve a simple request which has now turned into poor customer service resulting in me being quite frustrated. I wouldn’t normally contact a company in such a public manner about this, but nothing else seems to be working. Help.

    @VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

    @VodafoneUK Will you please get someone from PR back in an office, yes it's a bank holiday but you provide a lifeline service for people, this is entirely addressable with a public statement - "we don't know, we're working as fast as we can to resolve" - "it's a ransonware attack" . etc???

    @VodafoneUK @shortcurmudgeon I tried everything reset , unplug router and modem still nothing here in Portsmouth. Feel a bit daft I tried all this before hopping on neighbours WI-FI and finding out it’s a national outage. Phone data is with Vodafone too.
