    @ThreeUKSupport There is a cooling off period for cancelling contracts made in store (14 days from activation) but if not stores are open to cancel then how can this be done? Cancelling because I no longer require the free data roaming in Brazil as all U.K. flights to Brazil are now cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ItsJustTamsin @ThreeUK Omg, that's terrible! their customer service is terrible, they hang up on you all the time! Switched to EE, best decision ever, and they have customer service in the UK.

    @ThreeUK want to charge me the £53 early cancel fee to get out of contract worth £300 over 2yrs to move to contract worth £1150. Won’t waive the fee. Result I will wait 6 months and probably move to another network. #mobiles

    @ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUKSupport How do I msg you so that not everyone can see. All of the info will be linked to my account. Nothing to do with a new phone. It’s one under warranty not working for nearly 4 months & now you avoiding paying for the Apple store replacement. All you do is take my money each month.

    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they have planning applications for 5G in the Twickenham and Richmond area, but they keep being rejected which is a shame. Fingers crossed though! Their speeds round me are not great, about 10mb down and 2mb up.

    @ThreeUKSupport It only said "work being done" until "no problems". No clue if it was scheduled work or emergency maintenance, likely to be minutes, hours or days. I don't expect an exact time, just some indication. Why did it give the time at 00:15 pm at one point? That's not even a time.

    @saveelymiu @ThreeUKSupport You will not get any straight answers from them. They will suggest it will be sorted soon. But they won’t say how soon. In the meantime they will want your postcode and probably tell you to switch to 3G or get a new Sim or reset your network settings.

    Come on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why am I being charged for a sim card that never arrived has never been used and was cancelled a couple of days after ordering. Now being told I need to pay over £300!!!! For your mistake
