    @ThreeUKSupport Hiya, having issues accessing my voicemail from my Three phone. If I call 123 or 07782333123, I get a ‘Number not recognised’ message. Was working fine yesterday, and other outgoing calls are fine. Is there an issue with the service?

    @ThreeUKSupport loads of people are tweeting at the same time that your network is down in various locations and you need to queue to visit the service status page. Can you confirm if there's a nationwide outage? Its looking silly that you're denying it.

    @ThreeUK can you provide constant 5g speed to my mobile? Why are you limiting my data speed? 5g of your #three is rubbish! Why my streaming getting pauses on data and the moment i switch to the #WiFi it's back with no issues? Stop being greedy atleast provide service i pay for.

    Really disappointed with the customer service from @ThreeUK - usually amazing, but it's taken 5 days to sort out this issue and I've just been getting passed around to different people and I've STILL NOT GOT ANYWHERE.

    @MoneySavingExp @ThreeUK could offer you unlimited data for £9.50 a month, but it's not much use when you can't get online due to their massively over subscribed network. It's the reason I left and won't be rushing back.

    @ThreeUKSupport But the problem is the sim I ordered on the phone will take up to 5 days. My phone is diverted to my partner but now have no access to phone or 3/4g when outwith WiFi, for up to 5 days, and I use this phone for my business. Hopefully I can get my partner to the store...

    @ThreeUKSupport I need a replacement phone sent out, we upgraded less than a month ago and there's a problem with the handset. Yet everyone we speak to keeps passing us on to someone else. Warranty runs out Monday so needs sorting asap

    @ThreeUKSupport There are no outages, just your speeds across Bristol, are outclassed by 3g speeds by some margin, every network outclassed you currently, I struggle to get data for timetables on a 4g±, the only areas not affected too bad are hengrove and parts of Brislington
