@Mumma_haley35 @virginmedia Sounds that way. Unfortunately @ThreeUK seem to be having issues in KT2 as well, so even my 4G isn’t working very well on my phone. Telco needs to move into the modern world of customer service, maybe @Ofcom need to change their regulations.

I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

5 days in and still nothing. The ‘congestion’ @ThreeUK told me is the issue in Kingston seems to also apply to north London, central London and east London it seems as Everywhere I’ve been I can’t text or use internet. #refund #changingprovider #avoidtheee @Three_Is_Broken

@ThreeUK Really haven’t done yourself any favours with this, people say Three is a joke network and this didn’t help. Also data services did not work normally (bit of a bare faced lie) - my IP cameras went down, lucky it was just those and not my Vodafone main line.

@ThreeUK Why do i always have to spend hours trying to pay bills to you? Your online system doesn't work and constantly drops messages, your phone system loops and tries to force everyone onto the online system which..doesnt work. Your staff keep trying to transfer me but drop me.
