The PAC given to me was invalid and after half an hour of me stating that they finally agreed. I was repeatedly told it was fine! For me to be told I now have to phone back in 48 hrs!

They asked me for my full password before they would tell me what the call was concerning. If it is you, that is very bad practice! I have already left three a few weeks ago.
