Your fraud department never followed up 1/2

Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
