    @ThreeUKSupport hi the signal in my house has never been brilliant but it’s awful atm. I can only make calls in one spot upstairs. B17 area. Any idea why this is please? Thanks

    @ThreeUK my wife keeps dropping out but phone service is fine, this seems to be happening on evenings consistently! I am in B14 area of Birmingham. Is there a reason for this!

    Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank you, Kim. It’s B13 9LJ but I’ve been around South Birmingham and not had any signal. Because of the message on your website I didn’t think it would be my phone, but it’s an iPhone SE. Still no service now.

    @vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    @ThreeUKSupport peu gérer honest maybe you should admit to all your customer that you cannot provide is internet service so we can cancel ou he contract and move on ! Let start 2020 in honestly ! Lol it been 4months your network is shit 🙈😩😓

    @simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasn’t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.

    😡 someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they can’t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    Would like to say a huge thankyou to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for their fabulous customer service & advice... HOWEVER... Since I've not received a single reply to any of my tweets from them I cant. (Not the 1st time in my many years with them I've had "help" issues tbh)

    Unfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

    @PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway
