@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

@ThreeUK can safely say that I'm ending my contract in a few months time as I'm fed up of the dead signal spots in Chichester and no 5g in my flat...iv now got a O2 sim and have no dead spots ..and as iv no 5g in my flat just having 4g with O2..I can live with ..
