@ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

@ThreeUKSupport I give up. I will let the contract run its course. I have got an EE pay as you go and it’s 100% better service than Three! So much faster and 4G. Anyone else having problems with Three mobile I suggest you go to EE for a much better service.
