    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah @ThreeUKSupport you might all be laughing your heads off at 3HQ Towers.... but you’re customers are pulling their hair out at the same repeated advice. Turning your phone off and then on does not magically produce a signal. What next, suggest we run a unicorn 🦄

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone delivered to wrong location Incorrect bills Automated phone service ALWAYS redirects to wrong dept Adhoc nature of emailing bills Letters referred to as sent, but they aren’t An apparent lack of wanting to disclose complaints process

    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @ThreeUKSupport I will certainly log the complaint, but you have been working to improve your connections since the past 3 years I’ve been on this network and no improvement have been made. University campus near the city centre is 100% of high priority.

    @ThreeUKSupport so cheesed off. Can't contact anyone as three still haven't sorted problem, and need to. Been told resolved each month for 5 months, still without service at end of each month to middle of next, 1m apologies, no efficiency. Cheesed off

    @ThreeUKSupport I have lost my network coverage over the last two days, to the point we were almost left stranded while away. Could not call Uber or phone anyone for help. Same just happened now while driving and using the navigation on my phone. It's getting ridiculous now!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

    I can’t call you because @ThreeUKSupport are providing a crap service and have been for 3 weeks because of a bit of rain! Time to have a chat with @virginmedia @O2 @VodafoneUK I think, neither #Sky not #Three value customers. @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUKSupport Can't access your switching form to bring my number to Three. Your switching page says to login into My3, select Account and then click on Move your number to Three. Only My3 has NO Account page or option to click on Move your number to Three. Can you help?

    Unbelievable!! @ThreeUKSupport hounded my partner to upgrade his phone (he had been out of contract for years) he gets a new phone with them, no end of problems, 5 months later it breaks down completely and they won't do anything to help him!! 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport been with 3 over 10 years have had no network at all since approx 14:45 today, phoned customer services 1.5 hrs later no service to my mobile still and horrendously no help I need an email address to contact. Need my network bk not excuses
