    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    @ThreeUK could someone please advise why despite phoning, messaging and physically being in your store this company continue to take payments for two phones which were cancelled in September! Extremely poor customer service and in today’s technology I find it hard to believe!

    @ThreeUKSupport The Echo dots won't communicate through either your router or network. I'm going to try putting my home broadband SIM in my mobile and turning on my personal Hotspot to figure out if it's the Three network they hate, or the router. I'll get back to you.

    @ThreeUKSupport @aaronbrockhurst This is hilarious. You've had this problem reported in 2016 and it's still an issue. I had this problem a few weeks ago and it disappeared by itself. Now it's back. You need to sort this out.

    @ThreeUK have a 4G broadband with 3. It was really good during the first 30 days of usage but now it’s just unbearable. Can’t even play games like I used to do. All stuttering and packet loss issues . It’s more like a PowerPoint presentation slides than a game at this point :((

    Got a call from @ThreeUK the other day telling me I owe £27 after deactivating my account 3 months ago. Turns out they set up a standing order on my account and the fee to cancel it was ~£450. Three ensured they removed my account before it was ever activated yet here I am... 😕
