@ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

Worst idea I’ve had was to get a plan from @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The signal is ridiculous in south London and they pretend that 4G covers the area.. Cheapness is attractive but not always the best ! I’m now stuck with a contract for something I can’t use. Sounds like a scam!

@ThreeUKSupport A call back and an email to have my mothers phone transferred into my name. Your customer service team via telephone are refusing to speak to me on the phone and stating I’ve not passed security and refusing to assist. My mum is dead, I know her name, dob and address.
