It means to confirm receipt, I have to walk 100 yards down the high street. It’s not acceptable in this day and age. Any chance of getting this rectified??

Three will reimburse your loses (make sure there are no new subscriptions neither). Best!

If you look back at this thread you’ll see this has gone on for months with a “fix” just around the corner all the time.
