  • mgydna Andy 🛳 (@mgydna) reported from Gravesend, England

@ClaudioAlbertin @FluffehAdam @ThreeUK @VOXI_UK Ah my voxi sim doesn’t work for the voda network, managed to get on with an old Payg sim, was just a bit of a faff

  • JonathanCGroves 𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you “choose” not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

  • kemiwlson Kemi Adeyemi - Wilson (@kemiwlson) reported from Dartford, England

@ThreeUKSupport You enabled them because I never gave them access so I suspect you work with them I have asked several times you block @MoPlay as I never gave them access so who did @metpoliceuk #KindlyAdvise

  • MarkBright1982 Mark Bright (@MarkBright1982) reported from Maidstone, England

Yesterday @ThreeUK down today @TalkTalk down it's almost like the world is trying to tell me I spend too much time on the internet lol

  • drongo123uk Chris Tring (@drongo123uk) reported from Gillingham, England

  • Winclouduk 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈Simon Winstanley 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Winclouduk) reported from Rochester, England

@ThreeUK no signal at Sevenoaks station #NoServiceHere

  • KillersBeard Terry Smith (@KillersBeard) reported from Dartford, England

@ThreeUKSupport refusing to give a PAC code. Sort of confirming why I want to get rid. Shocking service over the past two years, after many years of zero problems.

  • JonathanCGroves 𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England

@ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

  • jamesdevonport James (@jamesdevonport) reported from Rochester, England

@ThreeUK What is going on with your network recently, it never EVER works.

  • gouldydl Dawn Gould (@gouldydl) reported from Dartford, England

Anyone else had problems with @ThreeUK been trying to port a number since last Thursday to 3 & keep getting fobbed off.

  • jasonclark Jason Swan Clark (@jasonclark) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@ThreeUK Service has been down completely in London for hours and you only just admit something is wrong. Not good enough.

  • JonathanCGroves 𝕁𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕤 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇸🇪🇺 (@JonathanCGroves) reported from Kings Hill, England

@Freemason_UK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I know, very rude. And considering it’s effectively globally broadcast, worrying the corporates haven’t taken action.

  • gouldydl Dawn Gould (@gouldydl) reported from Dartford, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK please provide me with the ceo contact details I want to escalate a complaint

  • MarkHamilton76 Mark Hamilton (@MarkHamilton76) reported from Rochester, England

@chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

  • DWJStevens1991 Dean Stevens (@DWJStevens1991) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

  • tnzanite Tango Kilo (@tnzanite) reported from Crayford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I do not have any service now! While on the train, in one part of the journey I did receive mobile signal, but when I reached home it’s gone again!

  • Tee_viii Tee_VIII (@Tee_viii) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TomasoFreegodi TomasoFreegodi (@TomasoFreegodi) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No thanks, I already complained and had that discussion. Obvs the company tried to sell me more things but I’d rather just be treated as a valued customer. So I’m following the logic of Three’s model and informing my social network.

  • TomasoFreegodi TomasoFreegodi (@TomasoFreegodi) reported

Offft had a terrible time as a mobile internet customer of @ThreeUK . I would not recommend and won’t be making that mistake again #steerclear

  • SophieRose_86 Sophie Rose (@SophieRose_86) reported

@ThreeUK When switching to 4G hub. 1) Do you help cancel my subscription with Vodafone or do I need to do that? 2) When 5G comes to my area is there an option to upgrade, or should I wait for 5G instead?

  • DaveLunn68 Dave Lunn (@DaveLunn68) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to cancel a contract, which my son was using and he sadly passed away 2 months ago. Been told because the contract is in my name (as it has been since he first had a phone), will cost me £1k+ to cancel!

  • rachelhoy37 WARRIORQUEENVH666 (@rachelhoy37) reported

@ThreeUK why is your mobile data and signal so crap where I live yet you still take a ridiculous amount of money from me each month

  • Fishing4Cheese Cheese Fisher (@Fishing4Cheese) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Lees, Watersheddings, Sholver, Moorside, Waterhead, Greenacres, Clarksfield, Mumps, St Mary's, Town centre. It's every postcode in OL1 and OL4. And no, it has been h+ in every area. In Sholver, there is Zero signal each time I go. Glad it's only a backup sim and not main one.

  • Jeeves2001 James Stevens (@Jeeves2001) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Though I don't live in an officially covered 5G area, I am getting a 5G signal on my phone. With this in mind is it possible for me to purchase a 5G home broadband contract?

  • ZippyExd Zippy (@ZippyExd) reported

@ThreeUK increasing their prices is very stupid. Your service isn’t up to par and you want to increase prices? Jokersss

  • Fishing4Cheese Cheese Fisher (@Fishing4Cheese) reported

I went to the @ThreeUK store to find out why I was getting absolutely abysmal coverage and H+ all over. 'they are probably improving the masts' he guessed. 'All over town?'.. 'What are you getting?' I asked 'H+?'. 'I'm on @ee'. Of course he is. It isn't ****. Says it all really.

  • Hannah45092498 Hannah (@Hannah45092498) reported

@O2 hi. I was supposed to move my number to three today but they forgot. Not cool customer service. Can I move back to o2 please and keep my current contract? @ThreeUKSupport can you cancel my contract as I haven't used it yet?
