    @charlotter00se @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK You should try o2. I’ve never had a single problem on my contract. And you get the o2 priority with some really good deals, and early release tickets for concerns, sports etc. I’ve never had a single extra charge. And their customer service is really good too.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I do not have any service now! While on the train, in one part of the journey I did receive mobile signal, but when I reached home it’s gone again!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m referring to my migration from O2. I was for almost a week unable to use either my old or new SIM. Noted that you “choose” not to support Visual Voicemail on iPhone. Thanks for that.

    @ThreeUKSupport (2) Furthermore, my contract ran out of the 13th of December 2018. But I’m still being charged for it. Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone is iPhone 8plus me1 2hn but the area affected for over a year. Or is me4 4hy. Signal is full on 3&4g but nothing happens

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUK have just been sold down a river by your team in store. Told I could get an eSim after upgrade but apparently this is not the case. Will be cancelling all 3 contracts I took out yesterday and going to a supplier who can fulfil what was asked.

    @ThreeUKSupport So it’s now 18.20 and it’s still not working, I can only call if wifi is off, but then can’t receive texts, I can’t call out if wifi is on and no one can call me! This isn’t acceptable!

    @ThreeUK I was on an important Zoom meeting and the connection to 3G on MAC failed- it stated ‘ no Internet connection’ can you help please as I have important presentation to make to medicines regulator Friday and don’t want this issue to occur again.
