I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

Which was the original issue I was calling for. I’m being charge £46+ and £65+ for a sim only contract. Monthly which is frankly ridiculous.
