@ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

@ThreeUKSupport Well that's nice to know I don't get any money back even though you're the one failing to uphold your end of the contract due to 'congestion.' Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.

@ThreeUKSupport Oooo that’s the point, I live in CR42BA and it is terrible here. I work in SM45JD and, I don’t have words to describe how bad it is there. My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

.@ThreeUKSupport I would like to know what is so wrong with data in your network. Often have only 3G and even when I have 4G reception data just doesn’t seem to work or works incredibly slow. I’m basically paying for data I can’t barely used or when used is unpractical …

@ThreeUKSupport Update for you. All our phones are with Three. 2x business contract & 3x Personal Contract. None worked but all had picked Orange Spain as the roaming network. When we forced them to pick another network (Yoigo) they now all work again. Strange, but the issue is solved.
