    Right on time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the usual daily turn off of data services. It’s like clockwork. You’re a absolute joke of a company. Can no longer even provide the 0.65mbs service! Suppose turning it completely off makes no difference.

    @ThreeUKSupport After trying online to cancel my contract (which didn’t work) on the 21st September I phoned you and after 25 minutes waiting finally spoke with you, asked to cancel the contract and was told it was cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s called sharp business practice. It’s all about making things difficult for the customer in the hope they won’t bother for the sake of a few quid! It’s the reason I voted with my feet and left Three for another network. It wasn’t super easy and was a theft my valuable time!

    THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport been 5 days with no connection, when I ring I get told that they will call back... when I ask why I had no call back they say “oh your case was closed” WTF? Useless... DONT EVER CHANGE TO THREE!!

    @three_broadband @NickHJBurley @ThreeUKSupport Don’t believe them — they said the same to me. I was getting 300Mbps and now can’t get 5G (they told me the same story about the network tool not being updated). Now barely getting 20Mbps on their 4G service, even though I’m on a 5G contract!

    @CornishCracker @ThreeUK It’s not the always on display that gets me, it’s that stupid “Dynamic Island” bullshit. All they did was re-design the notifications so that it would hide the incredibly distracting and ugly pill… sad part is people are actually calling them a genius for it.

    @adamboultonTABB @VodafoneGroup I had the exact same thing happen with Three. Advised no outstanding charges then sent me a £623.71 bill via a Debt Collector. Once my Broadband runs out with them I’ll never go back, absolute robbers, liars and cheats. @ThreeUK 🫠🫠🫠

    @ThreeUK you have to be the biggest frauds around. False advertising on set up dates, delivery and account activation. Literally uttter shite. 8 days since order and still no Internet. I bet you can't even provide speeds advertised. Its been crap and we haven't got started.
