@ThreeUK Apparently ThreeUK is into selling SIM cards to Canadians abroad, without warning them you need to be a UK resident in order to use the SIM. They're also into cancelling your service and leaving you stranded in Berlin!

I'm aghast to find that @ThreeUK business customers don't get to login on web or app to administer their account. e.g. if you want a copy of a bill or to check usage/allowances you have to ***** about on the phone to a call centre.

@ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.
