    @ThreeUKSupport Spoke 2 someone from your team reckon they are going 2 cancel the account. we won't have 2 pay this £20 outstanding balance hope this is true its all wrong with what has happened

    @ThreeUKSupport I've had no mobile signal for over a week in my central London office. The website keeps saying it will be fixed on that day yet never does. Shocking service. Extremely unhappy as I cant make or receive any calls. I'm not in the middle of nowhere!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, it still doesn’t work at all. I turned on 4G data under suggestion of a 3 store but still nothing. A week ago it worked very well while I was home, now as soon as I step into my house, it starts not working at all.

    If I didn’t have @ThreeUK Wifi calling I’d be totally cut off. I’m on my second iPhone now and a second SIM and I still get ‘No Service’. The phone doesn’t find the network or the WiFi, so I have to go in to settings and reconnect. 5 min later, same thing. I give up. 😭

    Been a weekend of internet hell. Broadband’s broken. @ThreeUK 4G was really patchy to the point there was barely any connection. Still having problems. Please sort it out.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

    @ThreeUKSupport My iPhone 11 screen stopped working Tuesday 16th. It's 3 weeks out of Apple 12 month warranty. Just trying to get it repaired. You should see the live chat conversations I have screen shots of. I've never known customer service as poor to be honest. I'm tempted to post it on here

    @ThreeUK customer service is SHOCKING, been trying to get a new SIM activated all day. Made numerous calls and been cut off every time after holding for a very long time 😡👎🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport there seems to be a problem with your mast BD0283. From about 4pm yesterday (25/02/2021) latency on the 5g network has gone extremely high to the point where most of the devices in my house can no longer use the internet. Can this be checked by 3rd line support?
