    @ThreeUKSupport Everyone seems to have issues whatever network they are on (I presume so but I’ve not asked everyone what network they are on). It’s the only downside of where I work. Its just very annoying not being able to use my phone on my breaks.

    I love the fact that in this day and age I still can’t get signal on my phone at work. And seeing as my hours keep going up and I spent my life there these days it isn’t good @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport. My phone basically becomes a very expensive iPod for 7 or more hours a day.😒🙄

    @ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

    Been with @ThreeUK since 2007. But I think it's time to move on as my contract has ended.whoever runs three inhope you are not treated the way you poorly treat your customers. I just want all my money back. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport can you ease provide me with a email address to make a complaint/get support? A 3 store has used fraudulent information to set me up with extra 3 accounts without me knowing it seems. I can't even access these accounts as they've used incorrect DOB and postcodes.

    Paid $64AUD for my sister & i to have data in UK/EU on holiday with @PrepaidMs we get @ThreeUK but the data doesn't work at all. Not helpful when you haven't been to the place before & don't know where you're going & have no data/maps hotel wifi works but what about outside that.

    Would defo not recommend @ThreeUK Lucky to get signal in most places. They told me Croydon was good and I have 1 or 2 bars everywhere

    Have tried 4 times and hours of my time trying to put my phone contract into my name with @ThreeUK and they still haven’t managed to do it. Can’t cancel my contact without getting charged. Will be moving to a different provider as soon as my contract is over.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali, it wasn’t insured for theft no. The contract between us was cancelled but the direct debit wasn’t and I’ve continued to be charged for 18 months. I have already spoken to your customer services team and no one could help. Can you DM me about my options please?
