    @ThreeUKSupport I was assured that the issue with my bill is under investigation and will be resolved. I called up today and got to know that there wasn’t enough information provided and the investigation couldn’t go ahead

    @ThreeUK Worse Network out there! Your customer service is a joke. Since I’ve joined had nothing but problems slow internet, poor coverage and when I’ve tried to get in contact with a manger just passed about and being fobbed off with poor excuses.

    @ThreeUKSupport Why no visual voicemail. It was introduced 2007 ! Why do I have to still use some mediocre voicemail service from the far past. Apple Watch is a reason for switching away after 11 years quite frankly.

    My mum received a phone upgrade with Three last month. She now has a Samsung A51. From day 1 her phone always cuts off during phone calls. We asked three for a replacement and was told no! Why give my mum a defective phone and not help replace it !?!? @ThreeUK @SamsungHelpUK

    . @ThreeUK do your agents have access to unencrypted passwords for your customers? One of them just asked for our password over the phone (which in itself is really bad practice) then on answering with a temporary password, said it wasn't what he had on record.

    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I left @ThreeUK during contract for no charge. Keep pushing them, especially when they ask if your issue has been resolved. Keep saying no! Best move i ever made!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's never easy I give uop. I had the app the other day and then the other evening I went to use it and the message was it was unavailable till the next day. When I tried to use it it didn't work. I can get the info I need by 333. I'll reinstall it over the weekend. Thanks v much

    @ThreeUKSupport I HAVE DONE THAT! I SENT 4 EMAILS YESTERDAY AND GONE THROUGH THAT WHOLE PROCESS! This is what my initial complaint was about and yet the follow up I couldn’t speak to anyone

    Been going through my direct debits to save some cash. Been paying for mobile internet for my dads house for 18 months since he died, obvs not used a single MB. Trying to cancel with @ThreeUK and they want 30days notice. He’s not Jesus lads - unlikely to come back.

    @athena_viking @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport How longs left on your contract? Thankfully mine was through Mobiles Direct, so my contract was actually agreed through them, not Three directly. I think if I were in your shoes, I'd be that pissed I'd just swap providers, switch over, block the direct debit and **** them off.

    @johnoceallaigh @ThreeUK SOLVED: called 333, asked them to remove the block on calls when going over my limit. I HAVE UNLIMITED MINUTES AND THE APP SHOWED BLOCKS INACTIVE so this is obviously some issue with how three were managing my account. Hope it works for anyone else suffering with this.
