@ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

@ThreeUK I recently switched to three after mind blowing offers from customer care executive. Internet connection on and off for almost one week and not even getting 3G speed from 5G hub. Will wait for 2 more days, if it is same i will think of disconnection.

@SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

@ThreeUKSupport What's the point in having a Twitter customer service page if you can't help customers? Webchat have told me to contact finance team...how am I supposed to do that when my line has been disconnected? I don't even have incoming calls!! Ridiculous after ONE missed payment.

@ThreeUKSupport I've just tried, and voicemail is active. You assured me voicemail and all diverts were going to be disabled 10+ months ago as it was a prerequisite for closing my complaint. I therefore want the complain reopened and want to additionally complain about complaint resolution time.
