    @ThreeUK is it really too much to expect to be able to make and receive phone calls or use my data when in a town centre. Bad enough I now struggle at home after several trouble free years with you. Online chat's a joke and call centre a farce. Only struggled since contract renew

    No phone service for past 3days since switching to @ThreeUK Now they say it’s going to be another 2 days before they can activate my SIM! Customer services make promises that it’ll be fixed in 2 hours! Not happy 😡

    When @ThreeUK admit there’s no coverage in your area you’ve not been able to use your phone properly in months, forced to cancel your contract after a decade with the company & they STILL bill you £222 but it’s ok cos it’s 60% off. Ridiculous

    @ThreeUKSupport As I’ve already told you, I’ve done that and it doesn’t work. I am not using for the first time. I’ve been randomly locked out, unable to change password and unable to re register. Loads of customers having the same problem.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, they discounted it by 60% but when I pay over £80 p/m for a phone that’s has barely any signal for the best part of a year I thought the least they could do would be squash it- considering the admittance of NO SIgnal therefore no service provided which I have been paying for

    I'd use @ThreeUK mobile, except here in a populous part of one of UK's most populous cities, the signal is absurdly feeble.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying this link you gave me everyday for 2 weeks now, it always says "Please try later". Three representatives have lied to me over the phone, text and chat. I've never experienced such a blatant dishonesty from any company in the UK before.

    @ThreeUKSupport Chris, many thanks. I cant link to any network anymore "No Service" / "Emergency Calls Only". I assumed because new sim (nano) had been created. Checked post today , still no SIM. I am unwell and consultants are unable to contact me. This is making life unbearable.
