    @ThreeUKSupport Been having problems with my reception, both data and voice. 3G occasionally works but 4G is really poor. I live in Lancaster but it’s also been bad in Manchester today.

    @ThreeUKSupport your signal is terrible. I never have full bars and wished I had stayed with Vodaphone. It’s never been good since I moved over. Centra Manchester is dead, not good enough Three.

    @MattyLeeT18 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Whats annoying is that they haven't even got in touch with me saying sorry or they'd like their device back, they'll get it back no problem as I don't want it juat give me a package to put it in. They have been messaged on 3 different platforms and still ignore me.

    @ThreeUKSupport No I’m with @virginmedia but they can’t help. And pay as you go isn’t going to work I’m afraid, we want a monthly payment.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, speeds are faster when on 4g, but still only around 4/5mbps. Noticed that when I can connect to nearest mast speeds improve, but often I'm connecting to a further away mast with a weaker signal.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I can’t make calls, a message says I have chosen to block calls when I’ve reached my standard monthly allowance limit. I HAVE NO CHARGES AND UNLIMITED CALLS. I need my phone to call my family. I’m stranded without my phone PLEASE HELP!!! @MENnewsdesk

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, all sorted now, I went on live chat, the problem was a cap on 600 minutes from many years ago, it had never been removed, I have unlimited but the 600 cap came into force. Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙

    I’m waiting on my delivery from @ThreeUK. The guy on the phone said between 8am - 7pm. Great so waist 11 hours of my day waiting for a parcel that needs to be signed for. I didn’t get any tracking details sent and I need to go food shopping. Excellent customer care! #Three

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @ThreeUKSupport joined your 4G Home Broadband service in M407LS last week. Poor speeds wherever I place my router (less than 3mbps) despite 5 bars of signal, which is considerably less than expected.

    @theDawnRW @ThreeUK I was with @ThreeUK for 20 years, but they wouldn't match sim only deal I had with O2 so I moved my number & contract. I gave them plenty of chances, I didn't want to move but they just didn't care about customer loyalty, always worth shopping around.
