The 4G and signal bar means literally noting anymore. Cue @ThreeUKSupport apologising & asking me where I am, but this is happening everywhere. It’s not my phone either, I recently upgraded & have the same problem. 4G Icon and 3 bars of signal & I’m getting rubbish connection.

@gixer11man @Three_Is_Broken @netflix @ThreeUK Not with @ThreeUK ! Been complaining forever. Barely have signal at my home. But I am always told the mast is heavily congested. And that's it... Nothing more to be done. Basically only help is if you buy £1000 device from them....

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been a customer of 3 for sevral years but this is such an awful service. I can’t update my address despite submitting proofs. They expected me to come in person to do this. My friends with other providers have much easier options inc nominating someone. So disappointed!

Why did I ever leave @VOXI_UK / @VodafoneUK... @ThreeUK I've complained ever since my contract started about indoor signal and nothing has been done. Proud to go back to Voxi, and might even contemplate a phone only contract from Vodafone if there should be an option.

@ThreeUKSupport I call 333 but everything is automated. It is purposely designed so customers can’t speak to staff. I wanted to change the DD date but I was told to cancel DD etc. At no point was I told I would incur a charge for doing this. Would like a call back to discuss my contract please
