    Sigh. Internet connectivity with @ThreeUK has been spotty since earlier this year; "essential work for 5G" was often quoted. And now the network is completely down for the past 9 hrs with not a single announcement/update 🙄

    I've been with @ThreeUK for years, but I'm going to have to switch provider. We have about 10 lines with them, but this unreliability means we can't continue. They want to charge an early cancellation fee. I think they're in breach of contract - they're not providing any service!
