    @EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

    3 network could be the worst network in the actual whole universe I swear.. you hit a main road and boom, no signal! Anywhere with people, no signal. Disastrous 😫😫 @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I was offered a deal, yes, however it was more expensive than the deal you offer to new customers. I did take it out of convenience, but it may be worth considering customer experience in future when promoting deals through a third party.

    @EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

    @nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

    @ThreeUKSupport I need a little help with my bill. Iv recently paid my direct debit which was taken on the wrong date (I changed it a month ago) I now have a bill for the correct date which seems to have a full months charges on again so I’ll have paid 2 months in space of 5 days

    @ThreeUKSupport thanks for the heads up - I tried to google 'how to top up three by phone' but again no data to succeed. Better to have this edge case in the radar so the app can give support to us all, just a thought.

I can't log in online services eg bank GP Groceries as I dont have any service on my phone for verification. I've sim only contract, device/ phone number its mine not yours

I asked to end contrant and send me invoice. i was told theyre extending on discretion to June but never happened and my incoming calls are still blocked/ locked. I asked for PAC CODE they refused. I need phone for emergency incoming calls

    @RicardoHav7 @trivago @ThreeUK Im sure a few fans cancelled their contracts. Three is garbage anyway so this might have been the last straw. Three also lost thousands of followers online. Think this entire thing massively backfired.

    @ThreeUK Why would 3 different phones have massively different signal levels using the same SIM (being swapped between them), in the same place? One gets 4G, the other two get 'H' - sometimes 'H+', but never better than that.

    @ThreeUK your customer service is a joke. I tried calling last night because I needed more data. No phone support. Bought an unlimited add on then realised I could upgrade my plan instead. So I did. Now you want to keep my money for both the unlimited add on and the monthly plan?
