    @ThreeUKSupport That’s what I’m saying, your process is poor and outdated. You have my bank account details from when I was paying you, you could use them. Or you could send a cheque. Why should I have to go out of my way to call you to get my money back? It’s really poor customer service.

    @ThreeUK hi, is there a delay with sending out SIM cards? I got a confirmation email from you last week to say my SIM would be estimated delivery of 03/10/20. I requested my number be changed over tomorrow but it can't as I'm not in possession of the SIM. Can you help, please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Peter, this is on my broadband router, I have now Manufacture reset it 10 times this year. It’s working well today gets the same speed as my phone. But many days over a month my phone can get 80 down the router 2 down sat on the same shelf.

    Curious why @ThreeUK need me to call them to get a refund when other phone companies send you a cheque with the letter saying you’re in credit. Not very good customer service.

    Contacted @ThreeUKSupport via Live Chat due to appalling service for the past two weeks. Told issue will be fixed on 02/09. Still expecting me to pay for the contract in full for a week's usage then have the nerve to try and connect me to sales for "Great New Deals". Piss take.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I was the going to pay off my last 3 months with yourselves around £200 and have the S21 ultra on a new contract. However 1 week later S22Ultra came out so I have sent my S21 ultra back to mobile phones direct and cancel that contract to open a new one.

    @bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am more than happy to either switch to a 1 year plan ideally at the same price because of all this hassle and being mis sold the service or happy to keep for 2 years if I can get it discounted from £14 to£10 in lieu of the static ip.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's fine O2 and mobilephonesdirect are happy to take care of me, I would of expected some sort of customer /sales retention effort but none for a customer who's last contract was over £1500 just a recommendation for managers to look into your process.
