He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2

All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... I've been with 3 for years. I specifically went with 3 for this deal so I could access apps through Go Binge. Im stuck with a 2yr deal not fit for purpose!

I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.
