I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so Iโve been severely affected by this. Websites donโt load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.

All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.
