I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

Hugh (@hughcorrigan123) reported@ThreeUKSupport Yes Fraser. Calls were a total of €6, bill is €40. No text of cost per megabyte when I arrived, I assumed it was what it said on the website….. I contacted call support they offered 50% return of bill that couldn’t be returned to my account until the next bill. Not good enough
