I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for £45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!?
