    Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

    @ThreeUK I have returned to Hull after 6 weeks and once again my Three mobile Huawei router is unable to stream TV programmes without stop/go and frequently dropping out and showing 'internet no connection'. Never have a problem in Newcastle!

    @ThreeUK disgusted at the service I received from Three after being a loyal customer for years. If you have to move with military, do not use them as they will have you prepay a bill to close your account and then charge you again the same bill without notification.
