There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
