    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    @skysports and @btsport must end their collusion with Premier League clubs to rip off fans by charging £15 to view games during a pandemic. This is a very poor way to treat fans and their subscribers who already pay them large amounts. Play fair with fans.

    @bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable 😡😡

    @btsport trying to log on to my account to buy monthly pass, but get error message telling me the account is not active, which I knew already as trying to pay! Can’t even log in with new password please help as you have no one on chat

    Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

    @bt_uk looks like you’re forcing this customer to cancel & go elsewhere. Can’t order new fibre/phone package as option wanted is apparently only available to “new” customers. At least we know your views on existing customers

    Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

    @bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

    @bt_uk awful service so far on the fibre broadband. Tried to call twice and your agents lines are awful and ask me to call back. Yeh I have another 30min to waste in a queue. Message me please as need my fibre connecting that’s already a week late. @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed

    @bt_uk disgusting service from BT, my 80 year old Nan left without a phone line, our only contact with her is through a ring doorbell. Seeing a fail old lady standing on her doorstep at 11pm talking through a doorbell was heartbreaking. Does anybody at BT care anymore? Seems not!

    @btsport Can you tell me how long I should stay on hold to your customer service, Max I have went to is 45 minutes, should I try 60, 90 minutes, how companies are a success like you is beyond me, you’s are hopeless utterly hopeless and useless, waste of time

    @bt_uk I received my BT kit and my services were supposed to start from 21st April. I am calling on customer care and getting reply - BT will message me in 2mins and sort out problem. But I am not getting any message. I am unable to reach anyone in BT impacting my internet.

    There's an old couple in my street who've now had no phone line for 2 weeks @bt_uk - who do I contact to get it sorted? They need their landline, they have no other form of communication, and their provider says they're waiting for you to come out and fix the problem!

    Hello @BritBox_UK and @bt_uk. Can you please fix the issues watching Britbox through BT TV. Everything stalls after one chime of the Britbox logo. No issues at all on the app, can watch anything I want.

    @bt_uk Your customer service do not listen! Big mistake for me to leave my previous supplier 4 hometech visits all reported we need booster discs, 1 disc came Wednesday which was fitted, but we still don’t have broadband of a sufficient quality in most rooms Shambolic service

    @bt_uk unbelievable service yet again from BT. We could have had fibre from the outset but they didn’t look at properly. Now they can’t order it because our previous order is open on their system! We were told it would close on 24th, 27th then 29th now 30th. Disgusting service!
