.@btcare last month your staff told me couldn't renew line rental saver till this month, link on my bill today 404s, webchat your staff say can't have any more because only landline customer (for 30yrs at least). Do you want me to move to @virginmedia ?

@bt_uk Stopped working completely when we downgraded our package. We downgraded it to see if that would help as it would be a different system.

@jake_martin1995 @bt_uk Yes ur right mate building kind new but poor connection as school right opposite me and electric building to had sky not to bad connection on fibre got bt but worse with fibre awful at certain times day have no choice to get disc now hoping it gone do job

@bt_uk And then it says you won’t renew since I am landline only. Used to be broadband also but bt infrastructure so poor outages too long and frequent. 30 plus years as customer and bt won’t renew line saver. Not happy
