Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk I am in the queue for 0800 783 1401. Recorded message 1 "we're committed to providing excellent customer service". Recorded message 2: "current wait is 30 minutes". This is my second day of trying. Just how committed are you?

@bt_uk Internet has been down most of the day. Earlier the website said estimated fix time 9.07pm. Now it’s saying a fix date can’t be provided. Has been happening a lot recently. At nearly £80 a month it’s not really good enough.

@bt_uk I only got a despatch email a couple hours after I initially talked with one of your colleagues on the phone. Seems they just forgot to send it. Stupidly sent on a 48hr service so won't be here until Monday. Activation day was today.
