Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk absolutely awful service. 10 months of our contract left and our router and tv box do not work. Bt refusing to replace unless we upgrade and the man in the tech team was very aggressive and rude. Will not upgrade as cannot wait to leave. Just want the service we pay for!

@bt_uk THIS is radiculous. One of your engineers came out to fix my WiFi replaced some cables. But the same issue is still happening. At what point do I give up? I might as well just be using a 4G hub for the rest of my time living at home. It's not good enough.

Sky package needs renewing! If you miss end contract date they screw you even more than usual. Apparently I’m a VIP customer ie. screw me more. Also they give you contract price and are still allowed to raise it during contract period ffs. With BTSport & Netflix naturally.💷
