I give up with @bt_uk We’ve had so many problems with the #BTTV service, 1 engineer visit, 2 boxes & I’ve lost count with how many times we’ve had to reset the TV Box. I’ll just go back to watching everything on catchup on my AppleTV. It’s much easier and FREE #wasteofmoney #fail

Anyone else having issues with their @bt_uk @YouViewSupport Box? Since the update, my controller doesn't work and have to press a button 100s of times just to change the channel. Utterly ridiculous.

Escalated and got nowhere . Completely inflexible . Every business is adapting to the new Covid world . @bt_uk computer says ‘No’ 😡🤬 very disappointed. Have a word with @EE , they will teach you about customer service . Oh yes .. same company 🤯

@bt_uk whyd I get so much packet loss with your service plus daily internet outages that happen at 2am, I end up using my EE Hotspot anyway

@joshgardner What pisses me off is when you pay a fortune for @SkySports and @btsport and its full of crap sport. Like american football, wrestling, golf, formula 1 and darts. Can we not just pay a reduced fee for btsportsrugby or skysportsrugby. Sick of subsidising ****** sports

@btbusinesscare needed to phone BT so dialled the contact number on the bill, got an automated message that the number I dialled is not in service #whatajoke
