@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk I am fully aware of this. What we are looking at here is a very substantial degradation of service, to the point where my £100+ per month BT contract is not suitable for my work. The problem is consistent between wireless and wired connection to the hub.

@bt_uk Yea I get that what I was wondering though was if there was any range extenders that BT would recommend that would allow me to get Wi-fi in the garage. My garage is right next to the room that has my router in it and I do get signal at one side of the garage just not the other.

Wow, someone at @BTSport has just nailed VAR's offside farce (Ian Darke). It's only taken TV 2 years for them to work out offside is 3 lines not 2. Next one: refs need help from VAR to get clear & consistent decisions, so don't use match refs as VAR, use a specialist VAR panel.

@bt_uk Reliable? Unbreakable? I have no Wi-fi or phone line and have phones 3 times and been told 3 times that I will hear back in 24 hours and 3 times not heard anything. Absolute shocking customer service

@robocallaghan @bt_uk Poor old Netflix had to increase their prices too. Funny really, considering their operating costs for hardware/distribution must be dropping all the time, they're making far fewer new shows and those that are getting made have fewer options for release outside of streaming...
