    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    So apparently you can't use the @btsport Monthly Pass on your Amazon Fire Stick. There's so many restrictions to this package that's quite embarrassing really. Ah well, you almost had another customer @bt_uk, but get ****** if you're just gonna missell everything over and over.

    @bt_uk any idea when issues in east anglia/Norfolk will be resolved? Already lost half a days work and all your channels are saying the issue has been fixed, yet I’m still unable to connect. And yes, I’ve turned the hub on and off multiple times.

    @bt_uk Yeah it’s the manager who refused to let me do so and it was THEM who did and said all the nasty and horrible stuff. Left me feeling all shaken now they want £75 to take down a dish when they should have done it on the day as a BT job! What a con

    I honestly can't believe you have staff trained to take this approach with customers. I've been with Virgin for other 10 years now and right now im hold to cancel. I've just taken a new offer out with @bt_uk also. Very disappointed your staff would try and use scare tactics and..

    @bt_uk I really am appalled it has taken over 3 hours on hold, many calls and mistakes on your end to organise my broadband home move. I’m still waiting for this to be correctly organised but get passed from pillar to post by your apparent untrained team. Can someone please help!

    I will post This, everyday, x3 times PD until you fix this, and Compensate me. For me and my son! My 9 year old, has missed, almost x8 days of schooling and School work! I cannot begin to tell you, how it's affected me in a, Lockdown!! @bt_uk I have rang use, maybe 13 Times!
