Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

I'm sorry but Lynsey Hipgrave is a poor choice as presenter. Even her accent doesn't sound genuine. Bit grating too. At least Kelly Cates on Sky offers something to the broadcast #btsport

@bt_uk I've been on the phone for over 2 hrs & currently on hold over ongoing broadband issues. Told last week if an engineer agreed there's a problem I could be released from contract. He did that this morning. Now this eternal call is person after person going back on that.
