    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk I have upgraded my Wi-fi package 3/4 times and each time it was a short term fix your engineers confirmed that with the amount of wireless devices I have you broadband can’t cope so it drops devices then crashes we reset the router it works for a week or so then it crashes.

    @JhaideSung @alrussx @bt_uk People trying to work from home in an epidemic & you’re guaranteeing speeds that you can’t deliver on. Rather than try to fleece people out of more money, how about you fix the issue and offer people the tools they need to access your half-arsed service? Staff couldn’t care less

    @JhaideSung @alrussx @bt_uk Call your support team today and get passed through to a woman who basically says ‘tough’ and starts saying it’s our insulation affecting signal!? Trying to flog us £100 discs and a package for an extra £20 p/m. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

    @bt_uk how many times in a day do ya need to reset a router to get the actual speeds you pay for. 1hr waiting time to get to speak to someone. Bt is the dearest @OpenreachHelp supplier, though still ****

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    Spent well over 24 hours speaking to @bt_uk support all leads to them trying to raise this with openreach but from here has never progressed, has been terrible service.

    @bt_uk are the most useless internet the fact that I have to use them because no other network is in my area. Once there is another network I’m off. Literally the worst I have ever used!
