Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@btbusinesscare We were contacted today to tell us that this issue would not be fixed tomorrow as previously discussed. This level of service is entirely unacceptable and whilst we appreciate there are other agencies involved, BT are our provider and have so far been unable to fix this.

@andyfenboyed @bt_uk I've had the exact same. I'm getting huge ping spikes and incredibly slow download speeds, but their generic test just tells me I am conveniently getting exactly what is on the contract and that there is no problem at all. They've been no help whatsoever.

@bt_uk Hi David. No problem is still the same. I need to click on 'credentials required' which then goes to the BT hotspot site. If I then click ' use network as it is' it will login. Thanks, Rudi

@bt_uk @MeNyrbie Don’t do it! I switched from VM to BT and the service is appalling. Internet cut off daily over past month. Going back to VM as BT keep fobbing me off with long drawn out conversations that resolve nothing

@bt_uk How do you escalate complaints which are being dismissed even though issues aren't being resolved and engineers just don't show up? And if that isn't an option, how do I end my contract with you when you're aren't maintaining your side of the agreement?

@NOW Just a delay with @OpenreachHelp (BT) @bt_uk ironically as that’s who I’m with now so no reason for there to be a problem. NOW keep saying it’s openreach and I will be updated in 24 hours, this has now been over a week
