    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Ok well our sellers used Openreach and Sky until the day we moved in. And whilst I am glad you have successfully escalated with Openreach, it would seem that Sky don’t enjoy the same relationship. And as the end customer I don’t care whose fault it is - I just want it fixed

    @bt_uk I have an issue with a mortgage application because BT has added a default on my Experian account, this dates back to 2016 ref A9379492. Can this be looked at ASAP please. Many thanks.

    @bt_uk This number was a waste of time. I got a voice message saying I need to send a message and give my landline number. I DON'T HAVE A LANDLINE NUMBER. Fibre now down for 7 days. You are taking the definition of CBA to whole new levels.

    @bt_uk So this pretty much concludes the shrugged shoulders / finger pointing / brick wall response. And all what I was looking for is a date to expect some action on a fix for a service which has already been broken for over 7 days and affecting a large number of home owners.

    @bt_uk How is this helpful?! I’ve read the email I got. I will have NO ability to make an emergency call in a power cut and the only reason I put up BT in the first place. Might as well go for one of the many cheaper options now!

    @bt_uk very disappointed I am being charged a fee to cancel broadband when i was assured at the time of purchasing i wouldn't be. Was put on hold and then told there was no managers available to speak to me currently. @MoneyTelegraph
