Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@ComXcomics @bt_uk Because you're technically minded they're probably hoping you just give up or cancel as they can't say stuff you'll fall for.

@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@DanMcSUFC @btsportfootball @btsport Poor show by Bromley. They shouldn’t have allowed them to put it in the small section where the blues fans were when they had other areas in the other 95% of the ground!!

@bt_uk Another gimic to get customers back, why would anyone want to come to a company that lies with fake promises on broadband speeds when they know the underground cabling can’t support the speeds promised at point of sale. Big lies and fake promises, can’t wait to leave next week

@bt_uk Having trouble uploading featured apps on BT TV. Netflix is working but can’t get into BBC iPlayer or Channel 4. Just says ‘loading’ it after a while gives and goes back to the Home Screen. Any suggestions?

Can’t stand these long winded apologies for “bad language” picked up during live sports broadcasts. Get a grip. I enjoyed that exchange, let’s have some more of it. #btsport #TheAshes
