Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk Hi! HELP! We've ordered a fibr broadband upgrade which is due on the 20th. However, we're not sure if we've added that we wanted to keep the phoneline side of things too. And I'm not sure how to sort it on your site. Can anyone help at all? Sorry!

@bt_uk …..perhaps there is an issue with your connection, I can send out an engineer free of charge to investigate however if the fault is at your end you will be charged a call out fee” I already know the script!

@bt_uk I've upgraded my Halo package. I don't need a home expert visit, but I can't cancel online. It's inconvenient to have to call to cancel something that isn't required. The service should automatically update, as I don't need a new hub. Thanks

@bt_uk hi, can someone please fix the parental controls option on bt tv? Can’t turn it off. Only adults in the house.. I really don’t need to enter a pin to watch shows like ‘the Mindy project’. 2 bt tv boxes sent to “fix” the issue. Clearly the product feature doesn’t work.
