    Poor service from @bt_uk. Queried about extending WiFi to our home office apart of their guaranteed WiFi in every room. Got quoted £205, then told the garage is not covered. When I asked where it states it has to be a dwelling room, they just terminated the contact!!

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    @bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

    @bt_uk I was but I was extremely unhappy with the service I received from Darren. Just because I was stopping a subscription doesn’t mean I should get spoken to in a condescending manner. I might have changed my mind if he wasn’t so unnecessarily impolite.

    @bt_uk can you tell me why it’s going to take a week to fix my grandparents phone line that was damaged by your engineers in the first place? They’re 89 & 86, both in ill health and waiting for hospital appointments - but nobody can get hold of them!! #pathetic

    @bt_uk Yes left with no broadband at all. As BT have disconnected the Sky FTTC service. Supposedly by end of Tuesday coming even though I reported it yesterday afternoon. Been told it's an issue at your end and not at home. So why hasn't it been done today or done as a priority tomorrow
