    @Mark_Elkington @LeeCotton1 @WWEGP @btsport I get that, but there's a decent size roster there & with enough rotation (which I'm sure there will be) that should help stop things being stale. Plus there's a good chance a few more names will be announced too I see it working. Khan is a savvy man & the elite know what's up

    @bt_uk No we have intermittent service on all devices, I reported it after Christmas and got an email yesterday to say the problem was outside and had been addressed, clearly not! I am at work now so don’t have account details to hand...

    @bt_uk can you explain why daily on your app I get “ token expired “! I am constantly having to log in. I read that there is a problem with the app. When will this be rectified ??

    broadband dropping out every 10 mins. been thru all troubleshooting. no local issues.called "helpline" been cut off 3 times before speaking to anyone! @bt_uk dreadful service.need wifi for work,which i now can't do!

    @BTCare @rioferdy5 Bloody terrible news. I can't remember the last time I watched it since ITV lost it. I Used to love sitting down with my brother's when we were younger watching it on ITV. Money is ruining the game and nothing can stop it!

    @bt_uk Hello Kelly, In answer to your question, I pay for complete Wi-fi yes, have I ever experienced a month with no issues, No! I have 3 discs one of which says it’s working and is 3 metres away from the TV shown on my initial post!

    @btbusinesscare we are a small business in Edinburgh. Our phone line and internet has been down since the 6th of October. The fault has been reported numerous times but alas to no avail. It seems BT is not interested in our loss of business. The Garage Edinburgh.

    @bt_uk @BTCare never fail to amaze with how poor your customer service is 👍 over 40 days since I claimed the reward card and still nothing. To then be told by the third party company that you never submitted my reward card claim. Pathetic to say the least. Not even sorted yet.

    @btbusinesscare glad to know your billing team couldn’t wait to go home instead of resolving our issue which is part of an on-going complaint, I have had to shut the business for the night and cancel a birthday party whilst they went home

    @btbusinesscare Since the last 2 updates (8.2.6 & 8.2.7) the app doesn’t work properly. Can do some like speed test and service status but it won’t let me access the hub with my admin password to control WiFi, guest access etc. Fault reporting gets stuck and cycles round to the beginning.
