@bt_uk I spent hours on the phone to raise a fault. You put a trace in for a couple of days and agreed there was a problem. I find out later (with not notification) that the fault has been closed. Could you please reopen VOL053-644375848055?

@bt_uk Our internet is absolute crap. Constant buffering over the WiFi network. We can't all cable in so that's no use to us. Is there a way to get help barring waiting for an hour in a queue on your awful phone support?
