@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

I regret getting @bt_uk WiFi when I moved into this house. It never works and customer service said they can only guarantee WiFi at all times if I upgraded to a different box (more £££)???? Like wha?? I was guaranteed WiFi with the box I got now what's going on 😭

Genuinely done with how shoddy the service has become. I'm. A loyal customer, been with them now for quite a few years and ready to just up and leave. Looks like switching back to @BTCare on their Full Fibre is the best option. I want rid of Now.
