@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Internet went down last Sat, phoned @bt_uk & booked an engineer appt for Monday. Relative waited in for 6 hours - no show. BT apologised & made another appt for today, relative sat in for another 6 hours & no show!!! Next available appt next Tuesday 🙈 awful system & service!

.@bt_uk I have Now TV & BT Sport through BT. I also have an EE account. I’ve just discovered I’m paying for BT sport on that as well. They never told me, even though BT owns EE. The wait time to discuss it is interminable. It’s so frustrating not being able to talk to someone.
