Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

Either way you’re the nut job who is missing out, get a grip and just have it installed. Or am I right in saying if your boiler broke you wouldn’t have an engineer “invading” your house to fix it?
