Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

Been on phone now for over 30 mins to change address number from 25 to 15. Really disappointing for us to experience as new customers.
