    @bt_uk my internet is running slow once again. Honestly it’s the worst broadband I’ve ever had. Before you tell me I have to split my devises or something, I literally have a tv and phone running off it! Please sort it out!!😡#btbroadbanddown #cricklewood

    @bt_uk I do ALL that. My point is that it is the FOURTH broadband outage this week and the FIFTH this month. | Even the mini hub was turned off!!

    I check at the start of every game im watching the HD version of @btsport - easily the worst picture quality. Anyone else think this??

    @bt_uk Yes logged into my BT account. It seems to happens whichever upgrade option I pick. Had same problem a few weeks ago when I tried to upgrade

    When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    @bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    Thank you @bt_uk for helping me. It seems that I wasn't correct as they resolved the issue within their time frame & I wasn't entitled. (The wording could be clearer though.) They also compensated me for a missed visit. I apologize.

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    @bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but can’t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month 😡

    @Eddie_K_1974 @bt_uk Yep, they have a routing problem that is preventing access to any services or sites hosted by Amazon in one of their US or Asian data centers. It's VERY frustrating that @bt_uk aren't providing any status updates or ETA for a fix.

    @jasondh1972 @bt_uk @ring_uk It looks like there's a big Backbone routing issue with BT, it's failed. all traffic going between USA and UK. so devices like Amazon fire sticks etc are offline too, and alot of websites which use US servers I guess. I hope they fix it asap.

    @a13xyZZZ @bt_uk I'm also having issues connecting to mongodb and various other cloud services. I can connect with no problem when tethering to my phone. This is definitely a BT issue. @BT I'm getting refusals and timeouts as are other people if you check all over twitter.

    @bt_uk I’ve been having issues with my internet for the past week now but today is something else. Got a new BT Smart Hub but that hasn’t helped at all…. My wife and I work from home and this just doesn’t help
