Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Can’t through on the phone How do I get my bills if I can’t log in?! For a communication company this is a (bad) joke.
