Only to be told I would be refunded โtodayโ over ยฃ100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
