@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk Yes we do still have problems- but they are so fleeting (a few seconds) and always around the same time of night. I don’t think you’d ever diagnose anything on the line- it maybe line a power surge? A film would buffer, music stops and the router lights go orange. It’s just weird

@bt_uk Just done an update for BT sport on the ps5 and now the app won't load any videos at all. Just gives me a black screen. BT sport still works fine on my phone and tablet so something is wrong with the ps5 version. Can you help??

@bt_uk Don't worry, it was user error. I had turned wifi and use a mesh network with the old name. Somehow the Smart Hub wifi had turned back on. Maybe a reset or power cut. Thanks
