    @btbusinesscare Well I hope it is soon. I can’t express how disastrous and costly this has been to our charity. The worst thing is, when we called, you just didn’t care... no sense of urgency, no empathy for our situation. How awful we have to call you out on Twitter before we can get action?

    @bt_uk I am still waiting to my response in regards to my request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    Really not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.

    @bt_uk though our interns has been too slow for a few weeks now, I don’t know if there’s a problem with our broadband signal in our area or this might be the normal thing with BT.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @BTCare Hi guys, I need a line test doing. I’m on BT Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 1 and I’m almost certain my connection keeps dropping. The logs on the HomeHub are tricky to decipher, but I want the FTTP line checked please. For the cost per-month I expect a rock-solid service.

    @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk No your colleagues aren't helping. I totally understand why not: I'm just one customer so it's not 'commercially attractive' for you to bother fixing it. This is why Openreach should not have a monopoly on under street fiber.

    @bt_uk Thank you for your response - it's all fine now. However, the live stream was completely ruined. After I finished the stream I saw that I was a known issue. These things happen but its too late now. I only hope my channel users are more understanding than I am.

    For those who were chanting live with me today, please accept my apologies for the embarrassingly poor stream quality. All my settings were fine and I use an ethernet cable so everything my end was working fine. The problem was with known issues with @bt_uk Apologies again.

    @BTCare When I lodge a complaint about an issue I raised Sept last year I would hope for a faster response given how much I am paying every month! Wifi dont work. Super Slow 900 dont work either even at your own engineers advice but still I pay for it! Not happy.

I had a similar problem, cancelled contract with BT and this company immediately pop up in our payments without having any contact with them. We'll report them as a fraud. We should all join and go against them, all of them
