@bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

@bt_uk broadband went down about 2 hours ago. After texting the number It now tells me it won't be expected to be fixed till the 10th. Meaning no Internet access for 2 days. My partner works from home and I rely on the Internet for work too.

Why does the UFC replay function never ever EVER work on @btsport the morning after an event. Always end up on YouTube watching dodgy highlights just to avoid spoilers. Sort it out @btsportufc

@bt_uk Guess what.... the fix/date time has changed. Now apparently will be 9.00am on Monday. That will mean broadband will have been down for over 50 hours !!. Will now require a refund as over 48 hours.

@bt_uk I have to say, spoke to someone yesterday, he chased openreach, explained incorrect order had been placed and that was with a team to fix. Said likely to be Monday to be fixed but was sorted this morning. Great work.
