After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@bt_uk Thanks clare. We just having a bit of a mare with our broadband. I tried explaining to him that both our neighbours and us are having the same problem. We've had a bad experience with bt in the past over this but everytime the weather turns wet, we have issues.

@bt_uk what the hell is going on with your Mobile Network!? Signal in both 4G & 5G has been abysmal lately in the South London area! It's enough for me to contemplate another service provider for all the contracts in my household! And that's 7 contracts!

@bt_uk Honestly it’s a joke for a communication company bt are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with . I get fobbed off every time I ring now 12months is just a joke.
