  @chelseadianex @bt_uk @kandi79503974 they can not promise u any thing. for my case. ""we will fix it on 2 days"". next day another staff tell you oh we promise in two month. then if it doesn't work, they will say the expert is coming to help you but next month. most staff you speak with are not idiot,but not expert

  @bt_uk nearly 3 months without broadband. Awful service. Customer service non existent. Over an hour waiting time to speak to someone on the phone. How is #bt this bad #fail

  @bt_uk I am a new customer. My router was meant to arrive on Thursday and it’s still not here. I have spent 4 hours on the phone so far and have not been able to speak to anyone. I am unable to work without internet!! What is going on?
