@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

@bt_uk Convenient how the checkout doesn’t work when you try and place an order with discount. Yet the same discounts can’t be used over the phone so I’m forced to pay full price. No one seems to be able to help with this issue?

@bt_uk Contractors turned up announced to dig up my garden to replace my landline. Pipe & cabling has been left, I've not heard about an engineer coming out yet to connect my internet.... just bad communication
