@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@MarcAllera @bt_uk @EE I moved house on the 27th Nov and BT were schedule for Saturday the 28th Nov. At the 11th hour you cancelled and reset the date for today 10th Dec. Today we got service but our neighbours lost service and we got their number. I waited 5 hours for a response help!

@bt_uk My broadband is fine. BT need to admit that there are problems with the supply of YouTube data to BT customers. I’m sure BT cache YouTube and that’s where the issue lies.

You know what really help with your viewing figures @btsport @BBL ? More adverts, I've almost managed to watch at least 6 consecutive minutes without someone screaming at me to buy a peloton bike or a wife beater burying aftershave in the desert and it's terrible

@bt_uk I was promised a call back from your connections team to resolve an issue and improve on a date for engineer visit. Text confirmed I would get a call today before 9pm - let’s just say it will not surprise me if that call never arrives. #irony 💩
