    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    Decided to upgrade to @BTCare @bt_uk guaranteed wifi with the BT discs. Told me on the phone I’d receive 2 discs. I only got one. Ordered another no problem. First one is faulty and they can’t order another yet as I have an ‘open order’ !! May return for a refund. Terrible.

    @bt_uk 2nd night in a row my hub had dropped signal. Are people with BT broadband meant to switch off at midnight because BT say so? Oh but it's OK, your troubleshooter says there is no problem! Tell that to my laptop yeah 🤬

    I’m currently charged £20 per month (latest bill) for @btsport as a BT Broadband customer. Used to be half that price. Cannot get away from the feeling that I am being swizzed. Go look on the Web and BT Sports’ pricing could be described as damned opaque at best #fleeced4profit

    @SendCakeFilms @bt_uk Other way round with us….. router and the discs were awful… had 3 engineer call outs, only two came….

    @bt_uk I've had the damn thing about 2 or 3 months. Surely it should work?? Why was I not informed that for 2 nights my service was going to be impacted? I have the smart hub 2

    @SkyHelpTeam . . we have three children and three mini Q boxes, yet can’t use them all at the same time if we wanted!? Ridiculous. The guy on the phone even said you could issue a software update so this could happen but you won’t do it!? So it’s hello @virginmedia or @bt_uk
