@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@btsport @ChelseaFC This isn't "Potter's team". So why did the owners throw nearly £300m at the squad when Tuchel was manager, then ask "their man" Potter to work with a team he did not build? Real mismanagement and will no doubt throw money to fix what they have done this summer

@bt_uk I live in an area where full fibre still isn't available. My speed dropped from 52mb to about 29mb. I spent 1.5hr on phone to be told - Speed was going down anyway because line 'aging' - You won't do anything about it - I still have to pay an outrageous price for it. 1/2

@bt_uk Hi, we are getting at best 3mbps but are paying for an upgraded service. Engineer called multiple times and doesn't look like we will get any better until we get fill fibre. Can we get a refund?

@Millar_Colin I agree, since food and energy prices have skyrocketed I’ve had to cancel a total of £80 per month subscriptions sky sports/btsport. Yet people in far off lands can watch it for free.

@bt_uk How come you answer the phone within minutes when I want to pay more but won't answer the phone at all when I ring the 'I want to cancel BT' number?! 🤔
