@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

This @bt_uk customer service is awful. Just need to speak to someone but you have to wait for a text response, then if you want to speak to someone it's at least another 20 minutes. Min of 35 minutes waiting time to speak to a human. Crap.
