After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk I made several calls and was told that there was no problem with the service. I make a complaint on Twitter and all of a sudden a ‘fault’ was found outside my property and something is being delivered by DPD today. Assuming it must be a new ONT modem as that is what is flashing.

@MichaelBensonn @btsport Fury only said he wants the fight so quickly because he knew Usyk wouldn’t be ready in time. He’ll now claim Usyk is ducking when there was no chance he’d ever fight then. Fury is conning fans and it’s nothing new. Anyone that believes him is an idiot.

@bt_uk Still no internet or response to my previous Tweet. Been down since Friday afternoon. An ad has just been on tv for BT unbreakable internet which is laughable. Why is it taking so long to fix? Is it being fixed remotely or at an exchange near my home?
