@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk I was told I would get a reminder and yes sometimes house moves are delayed & with a million and one other things to think of it slipped my mind - now no home alarms, security cameras, home network, tv or internet

@bt_uk I have spent 35 minutes on chat with BT I asked for the complaints number over five times then never gave me it and passed me to a new agent. Not good service
