@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk Done that and it said I'm receiving 37Mbps, but I'm not getting that on any of my devices. Might be a problem with my ethernet cables, I'll mess around a bit see if I can fix it.

@bt_uk Hi,Can you give me an email address for customer services? I have been told my data use on my galaxy phone has reached it's limit for this month with two weeks to go. I don't understand why but when I tried to look at my account the page says the information isn't available.
