    @bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

    @bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk That’s if you can find an engineer who doesn’t find every way NOT to fit the broadband, make excuses & then lies about getting someone else more experienced to fit it that day. Let’s see what @bt_uk have to say today. I’ve been a customer for decades, no one cares!

    @bt_uk Likely. Until a few weeks ago, you were charging us double the rate we'd agreed, just for having a landline we never used.

    @bt_uk As I said in my other tweets, contract is coming to an end, currently being charged a lot for halo 2, keep being told I can have only have halo 3+ (at even higher cost) even though BT know I have no mobile signal at all inside let alone 4g/5g so halo 3+ no good

    @bt_uk 5 person family SIM package customer here. You’ve just disconnected 3 of them for no reason. Finally got through to “customer services” and told it’s irreversible and new numbers is only solution. I’ve had mine 20+ years! Is this really your idea of good service?

    @bt_uk. thanks for cancelling. my broadband without my permission. was meant to get it installed on the 11th of october and i had issues the entire time on my account couldnt even track my order properly. and when i went to track it today it said it didnt exist! time wasters

    .@bt_uk My broadband hasn’t been working for over a week. We’ve had an engineer out to restore connectivity but my download speed is awful, <1 Mbps at times. I reopened the fault on 28th but no word yet.

    @bt_uk Tried that, Karen. Opened complaint, had complaint closed within same phone call. Was passed to someone else who re-opened said complaint. Received email two hours later stipulating complaint had again been closed. Called again to find BT's stance is as my first tweet.
