After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

Frankly I’m not sure which is worse. BT Business Broadband or BT Business Broadband support so far I’ve lost 5 hours and I’m not confident I’ll get any work done today. I really thing @btbusinesscare should either sort their product out or get some tech support- preferably both
