After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

  • Everlands_001
Andy Browne (@Everlands_001) reported from Dursley, England

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

  • RicardowithT

@TalkTalk could you please cancel my order. Go live was yesterday. No service or router received yet. Going back to @bt_uk

  • partyfairy
Emma Shepherd (@partyfairy) reported from Alveston, England

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

Anyone else find it a bit of a disgrace how bad the @btsport picture quality is? Guessing it’s to encourage you to spend even more money on HD? #BTSport #ManUtd #EVEMUN

@bt_uk We've already raised a complaint. But nothing has happened and your billing department hasn't done a thing. Your incompetence is breathtaking. Glad we've moved elsewhere. Just get our bill cancelled or next step Ofcom

  • dyson123
    DebP (@dyson123) reported

@GrahamH36921247 @John210750 @bt_uk I was switched to EE from BT(no choice given) &they've been fine. However, new prices look awful and as at end of contract considering a switch. A locally based firm is doing fullfibre for very good price but problem is think it would involve digging up garden. Nightmare isn't it?

  • GraemeDavis
    Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported

@bt_uk Your comment sounds fine @bt_uk but your team in this line appear not to be authorised to cancel an appointment and not rebook it. How do I contact someone whohas the authorisation to do this?

  • GrahamH36921247
Graham & June Hall (@GrahamH36921247) reported

@John210750 @bt_uk We are seriously considering switching, and nuts to the contract. This is awful!

  • nscale
    Nscale (@nscale) reported

Last month we announced our plans to work with @bt_uk and @nvidia to bring sovereign AI infrastructure to the UK. Deploying up to 14MW of NVIDIA-powered compute across three BT sites, connected by their national network, with all data remaining within the UK. 🧵

  • Staggly
    Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported

@bt_uk @M300bt3 i’ve had multiple calls and they just say we are trying to fix it - they don’t care - it’s breach of contract surely and they need to compensate us

  • JonD_Chadwick
    Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported

@bt_uk Hi, still huge problems with BTID and BT email. This has been going on for weeks. Endless phone calls, nothing ever gets fixed. What is going on? Who do I speak to to get this fixed?

  • em_doapsi
    Emma (@em_doapsi) reported

Whoever owns the local mast… @bt_uk needs to fix it because it is now constantly cutting out. I use my mobile phone as a landline too so it’s inconvenient. I have been with two networks and same issue so it’s deffo local mast.

  • Scampicus
    mpc (@Scampicus) reported

@bt_uk you have sent me around in circles while promising to get a person to speak to me. Blatant lying and disrespect for the customer!

  • GraemeDavis
    Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
