@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk we changed our broadband from ee to bt full fibre. We had endless problems with ee so hoping the service would be better from bt. Was ok for a while but it’s slow at loading things up when on the internet and putting us onto mobile data. Please help.

4 weeks since I raised a complaint with .@bt_uk. about being overcharged and being pushed into an overdraft. Zero updates, asked again this morning “we should wait for the complaints team to get in touch”. @BarclaysUK you okay to wait on overdraft fees while BT do their jobs?…..

@bt_uk Thanks, that's a reasonable response. I don't think that's the problem though, as Google location services (e.g. Maps) actually work on all devices, regardless of OS or connection medium. It's pretty much all other apps/websites which think I'm in NI.

@_MissieBee @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk End date of sky and they will arrange to start then. They can cancel the broadband automatically for you. You only need to ring sky to cancel tv. Good luck.

@_MissieBee @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk I have just started with BT again after leaving Sky. Should never have left. Wanted to raise hill from £70 to £180 and that was the ‘best price they could do’. Have basically the same package for £38 with BT now. I would call BT and go with them. Tell them the end date 1/2

@bt_uk Hello, I would like to ask regarding my bills. As recently, my hub was not working for more than 2 working days. I believe as stated in the website, I can compensated after 30 days. However, I dont see any changes in my bills.
