@bt_uk with Storm Eunice looming, I have a Q. I am vulnerable and need access to electricity for medical purposes. I have recently been switched to digital phone contract.If mobile networks and electric go down, what am I supposed to do to contact the power people for generators?

@OmbudServices It doesn’t help at all because you let @btcare hide behind @openreach when theres a problem…my contract was with BT they lost my broadband for 38 days…but you and BT blame openreach who are untouchable..you’re all in it together…shocking

@nisolomou @CigdemTurkanHMT @btsport We should start from 50s, 60s pain and problems were exist for Turkish Cypriots and then 1974 EOKA, after Turkish landing it became pain for Greek Cypriots Root of the problems are still there, I am not agree with Cigdem but I am not agree with Orthodox church shooting pirests 2

@bt_uk I couldn’t cancel within grace period as I literally couldn’t get through as the area is red listed, yet your colleagues thought it ok to send and charge us without checking. Also appalling service from the offset when told it had been sent and hadn’t. Pls refund!!!!

@bt_uk Hi BT, we’ve called your lines - outside of our apartment as no network - about the unusable internet service ur providing that means I can’t work from home. Each time we’re passed to someone who tries to upsell when I want to cancel - then line goes dead. Pls advise.
