After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@bt_uk Prior to the 5th of August (the email telling me you're terminating my service) the last email I got from bt was on Christmas eve. I have not received a phone call from you at all. Never got a warning letter either but you're happy to send a letter telling me your disconnecting

So this phone call to @BTCare has been going on for more than an hour! All I wanted was to check the status of a SIM. Now, I've been blocked and they cant help. I'm on the 3rd useless advisor now (actually the second actually helped a little!)

@drjeff_tooth @BTCare Totally agree! 🤬🤬 So, my SIM card has now been blocked, I only have WiFi, and no idea if I'll get a new one!!! I can't believe how a company can be so terrible!!!
