    After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

    @bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

    He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

    After five time of asking, @bt_uk is still sending notifications concerning my account to someone else. Utterly incompetent, and wholly contrary to data protection requirements. Pleasant call centre staff are not an adequate response to useless customer service.

    @bt_uk My service has been restored. Turns out the previous engineer used the wrong splice connector when repairing the break and the optic cable just came loose. This is seriously poor show!! NONE of the outages you claimed I was part of affected me at all, turns out they were

    Will never know why @bt_uk think it’s fair to 1) advertise fibre 2 on the website being available and 2) think it’s fair in 2022 that speeds under 70Mb is “fast”

    @bt_uk Thanks Paul they said its due to cable damage at the exchange centre thats causing an outage for BT and Sky customers

    @bt_uk I feel like BT have not kept to the keep connected promise. Despite finding the fault on 5th. Others in area having same problems who are with BT. Why was I not sent a 4G mini hub. Today has been the worst since booked in a engineer

    @bt_uk Yeah I’ve done that. No response. No TV. Happy to take the payment, but no interest in actually despatching the item I’ve paid for or replying to emails. What sort of service is this?

    @RealSplinterUK @bt_uk Unfortunately Cityfibre hasn’t Fiberd yet and virgin was looking for £72/month so I’ve had to cancel! I don’t get much income this year and with my energy bills being £300 I don’t have more than £70 free to pay for internet, food and travel :(
