@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk No it is not an Apple issue. It is a BT issue since you started to separate from Yahoo. Do not try to pretend otherwise. It is about the architecture of your Email - every other email provider works with Mail. Just not BT (gmail, Yahoo, hotmail all work).

@bt_uk Yes I had and the BT and Apple Support pages (I mana an eejit. And, with all due respect - that page lists POP3, IMAP and SMTP (SSL) settings and Port Numbers not any caldav/carddav or whatever the term is for contacts server addies.

@CityFibre may want to teach your staff about customer service skills! He’s up a telephone pole connected directly to my house for my @bt_uk internet/phone. It was working fine until he messed about with it but apparently and I quote “it’s nothing to do with us” 1/2

@bt_uk how to loose a customer in 5 mins offer them 300mbps at £45 a month another competitor offer 500mbps at £30 economics says customers will go there so offer similar and competitive prices

Hey @bt_uk looks like my broadband will be down for over a day. Did I read there was compensation? Did I imagine that? Automatic or is there a form to fill out?

@bt_uk can you help? All’s I’m getting on the BT app on my Sony tv is a green screen when watching anything. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it hasn’t worked.
