After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

@BT_UK Hi there, my grandmother has been left without internet for three days now and we have no way of getting this fixed without the internet! It’s ridiculous to expect an 89 year old to fix this on her own! You’ve closed the fault but the box is still flashing purple!

@KameekMusic @bt_uk I moved off mine earlier this year for similar reasons. Now paying the same for broadband/landline, plus 3 mobile lines that i was for broadband and landline with BT. Had been a customer for 20 years beforehand.

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@bt_uk The BT tech who came to fix our phone which was all ready working (we called BT to tell them it was fixed but our internet is out). He fixed it to death. Now we can't call and schedule the appointment to repair our wonky internet. The hits just keep coming.

@bt_uk here's a question - We want to leave BT - almost 2 weeks without internet and still no fix date from you. But we just got an email saying BT will charge us £400 to leave early. Please advise why we can't leave if you are unable to provide the agreed service.

@bt_uk Phone's out now, after the tech looked at it, internet keeps dropping like a bad habit, so reaching you on line is out. Please help. My wife got cut off in the middle of an internet chat because the connection dropped her. (Slow, can't upload photos or watch youtube, either.)

My broadband has been down for 7 days and no one at BT seems to have a clue about fixing it. Entire neighborhood is affected. Have spent many hours on the phone but the customer is absolutely useless. Please can this be fixed?? @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp
