He said in that case it was now running too fast and the wires might catch fire. @bt_uk When are you going to clamp down on these scammers? Through inaction you are destroying your own business. The only incoming calls I get on my landline are scammers.

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@bt_uk No you dont need. 1. Goto login page 2. Forgotton your details 3. Forgot your bt id username 4. put the landline 5. It shows you 7 out of 11 digits of phone and also alternate letters before @domain of your email It is enough for scamsters to gain confidence and then ask pin

Ring @bt_uk to cancel a product - no answer after 30 mins. Select the option to add to my deal and they answer inside 45 secs! Tell them I want to cancel something from my contract and theres a £94 cancellation fee BUT I can add to my contract no problem - absolute mercenaries!
