After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@bt_uk But surely when both yourselves and @OpenreachHelp have made multiple errors, from day 1, costing your customer money, things should be escalated and sorted out. It's now been over a month of broken promises and mistakes.

@bt_uk worst company ever not even got my order yet and on 3 occasions can not send to correct address. It’s not like us keyworkers have anything better to do then sit on the phone to you on hold when we are already exhausted ! Stay well away !

@bt_uk I’m having problems with my Wifi this am - I have a BT halo, it keeps trying to reconnect - but then goes purple again. Any tips? I’m a teacher trying to work from home and doing live lessons - so stress levels are high!!

I have not ran a Broadbandspeedtest in forever but Damn @bt_uk 10mb from 76mb is taking the ******* piss, why do we bother with this rip off company. Its a ******* joke. I'm always complaining and then they fix it for one day then shabam it's ****** again

@bt_uk Cancelled because it never worked and went round in circles trying to get it to work. BT then gave us a huge bill,due to cancellation. We challenged it and they took £30 off the final bill.
