@bt_uk this company is a joke more expensive than others and now I have been charged for an engineer when I was told that I wouldn’t I have been plagued with issues since being with them will not be renewing my contract with them joke

@bt_uk Well yes, if only, just once there’s FTTC if you can just string the cables then FTTP can’t be such a massive thing as building a new network. No road digging etc so logistics must be far simpler.

Just off a call with @bt_uk trying to renew my broadband deal. The deal they offered me is £600 more expensive over 2 years than it is for a new customer. As a loyal customer for over 25 year I’m completely disgusted with them. Bye BT!!

@bt_uk my broadband just went down in my first meeting. You have open reach people outside. Why not tell the customers you’re switching it off? Will I be getting compensated for the inconvenience and lost service? #poorcustomerservice

@bt_uk Absolutely appalling service from you and @BTSopenreach. 4 engineers sent on different occasions for 1 job and none of them qualified to do it despite numerous phone calls! Nobody taking responsibility, left my grandparents with no landline and soon to be no internet!
