The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and Iβm not an engineer so donβt know precisely! But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.
