    @bt_uk @BT Iโ€™ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us โ€œMake a Paymentโ€. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ซ

    @bt_uk I am told they won't send an engineer to the property due to Covid. But 5 days without any service simply isn't good enough where we cannot use data or hotspots. I have already requested escalation, but expect nothing to be done.

    @TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement ๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ–•

    @bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband havenโ€™t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

    @bt_uk For example why is it no longer possible to direct message BT on X. That was useful and an actual person replied. I got a bot earlier and BT should be ashamed of it. I asked about compensation and it said which service do you need help with and gave 4 options.

    @bt_uk Tremendous work @bt_uk not only have I contacted you on here (and you havenโ€™t even replied or DMโ€™d to my reply), but I also emailed you and got nothing back. So, phone call, twitter feed and email and no comeback from you guys other than to call again. Awful. Goodbye in Oct.

    Hugely frustrated by @bt_uk ad @BTGroup call centre when trying to renew my broadband. I am told that existing customers can get unlimited landline mins for ยฃ12pm but only the new customers price of ยฃ18pm is coming up as an option. No one in the call centre knows why. No solution

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!
