@bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

@btsport what a discraceful service you provide ,I'd been qouted 10 pound per month and being charged 29 ,promised a call back still nothing but happy to keep taking my money. 😡

@bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

@bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

@bt_uk at your best today. A fault - ie total service outage - recorded 4/8/21 still not fixed, not scheduled for fix until 15/8/21 and not recorded on my account until Aug 9, when I called because my Halo back up failed!! Utterly useless app and support.

@bt_uk No change really my sons both used their full data allowance due to poor internet and I over used mine working from home with my laptop using my phone as a hotspot. We’ve been convinced to upgrade to fibre now by your customer services not sure we should pay you more though

The service we have received from @bt_uk is terrible. They have left my Grandmother with out a working landline for over 3 weeks. Promised it would be repaired on the 6th August and when i called to check they said it would now be another 3 weeks.

@bt_uk our internet drops in and out all day, every day, you’ve sent 2 engineers who have confirmed you have mis sold us the package as the cabling in our street cannot provide the service you have sold us and continue to charge us for each month…..

@bt_uk Well @bt_uk is living up to its reputation today I've sat in all day waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer to call to fix my fault and no body has turned up. I have never dealt with such incompetent companies. Yet another holiday from work wasted thanks BT.
