    @bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ซ

    @kestermann @bt_uk @MarcAllera They may answer the calls but are they putting things right!? Two weeks since we moved into our house and still no broadband despite endless calls and hours on the line! both key workers working from home! Terrible customer service #sos #customerexperience

    So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk @BT Iโ€™ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us โ€œMake a Paymentโ€. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk what does it take to get a complaint dealt with @bt_uk I raised my complaint 1 May not heard anything since. Transferred to BT thinking they would be professional, obviously not! #openreach @BBCWatchdog

    @bt_uk dreadful experience switching to BT Full Fibre. Couldnt fit as promised and despite being assured my existing service with SKY would continue, its gone and I'm without Internet for the foreseeable ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk I've only been a customer for 3 months and you're now putting my prices up CPI + 3.9%. My neighbour is only getting an increase of 0.6%...? Whats going on??

    @TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement ๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ–•

    @btsport what a discraceful service you provide ,I'd been qouted 10 pound per month and being charged 29 ,promised a call back still nothing but happy to keep taking my money. ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @bt_uk Itโ€™s residential but I work from home, Iโ€™m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and Iโ€™m not an engineer so donโ€™t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

    @bt_uk is getting worse everyday. 1) never sent the halo box we were promised but still charged for. 2) I get two bar signal in my bedroom which is directly above the box. 3) unable to stream on my laptop because itโ€™s too slow. 4) can no longer connect to my work remote server

    @bt_uk Feedback @bt_uk : 1. BT support staff I dealt w were polite & helpful 2. Polite & helpful doesnโ€™t always fix things 3. Thereโ€™s still no substitute 4 an actual human being (technician) on site 2resolve a problem 4. The elderly should not have 2resolve complex tech issues online!

    @bt_uk Why has your bt home installation service been so bad? We've probably been told over 20 lies by your team. You've not kept to in person or phone appointments. You've manipulated and removed dated regarding installation from accounts.
