My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

I was told it was WiFi issue but connecting via Ethernet plugs that you provided hasnβt fixed it. I am in a contract - what ar my options ? I donβt want to go to the ombudsman (yet).
