    @TeamKnowhowUK @vicki2012x Girlfriend trying to buy a computer off them for, believe it or not 5 weeks now. They always tweet about some complaints processes but do **** all at the end. Worst customer service ever experienced. Worse than @bt_uk and that is one achievement 🖕🖕🖕

    @btsport what a discraceful service you provide ,I'd been qouted 10 pound per month and being charged 29 ,promised a call back still nothing but happy to keep taking my money. 😡

    So at 2pm the @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach engineer said he was ten minutes away. It has been a very long ten minutes. Reminds me why I never ever deal with #BT anymore 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk @BT I’ve tried that and the only page that will allow me into us “Make a Payment”. If I click on Billing History it sends me back to the login page and then on login back to make a payment.

    @bt_uk I did contact SKY but they advised you would tell them the service was delayed. My wife and I are key workers working from home., set up WiFi hotspot but its draining data. Doesnt help the kids who are unable to use ps4, ipad etc when in lockdown. I have raised complaint on MYBT

    @bt_uk It’s residential but I work from home, I’m a Vicar and so a keyworker. The problem seems to be that we are waiting for someone to connect our landline but communication has been nonexistent and I’m not an engineer so don’t know precisely! We placed the order at end of July.

    @bt_uk why have you decided that when I login to my account to view my bill I must always be redirected to my email and then clicking on myBT logs me out again sending me to the login page and so the circle continues....😡😫

    @bt_uk your service is crap. WiFi gone down phoned yesterday where we were told someone would call back with a date an engineer was available. This didn't happen and still awaiting 4g device as promised, to be delivered today

    @btbusinesscare You don’t take any notice when people do report a fault. St Anthony’s church in Wythenshawe has been trying for 17 days to get you to fix the fault you caused.

    @bt_uk Have been trying to buy the BT Sport pass all day, but just get error message when I try to pay.. Web page states - 'Aware of error, fix in progress' or words to that effect. Pretty poor show, doesn't fill me with confidence that this will be a smooth process. Not happy.

    @pipmcgowan @bt_uk Try months and months. BT’s sport platform is an absolute joke. The problems are never fixed, season after season. We’re the real schmucks, though, still paying good money for this abysmal “service” and hoping it wil get better.

    @bt_uk now ending 2nd week with no phone or broadband. On your website the ‘fix’ date has been moved 3x right with no consultation & 1hr on hold (so far) to talk to customer service. Is this a professional service ? What on earth are you doing? Utterly shoddy. ST

    @bt_uk Yes I had and the BT and Apple Support pages (I mana an eejit. And, with all due respect - that page lists POP3, IMAP and SMTP (SSL) settings and Port Numbers not any caldav/carddav or whatever the term is for contacts server addies.
