    @bt_uk Yep. Reset the adapters, reset the box. This only happens with BT Sport, no other channels have the issue.

    @bt_uk I love how BT Sport on a BT Tv box over BT broadband is absolutely unwatchable. Such a poor service. Skips, pauses, quality drops.

    @btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

    @jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball.     @bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

    @bt_uk Slow speeds on all connected devices (at the time this was the only device connected) and pinging to the regular UK servers (London / Manchester). Issue is still persisting this morning, only with higher ping times of 1000ms/2000ms+.

    @bt_uk My daughter and I go homeless on 30 August because my landlord is selling. We likely have to move into homeless B&B and BT want me to pay off the 18 months I have left on my bb contract to cancel even though there's nowhere to move service to. After 10 years of custom.

    @OST_R6 @bt_uk They are nothing but a posh billing service. All the infrastructure is run by Openreach so they have no control over anything other than billing. So essentially it doesn’t matter what ISP you use - just get the cheapest as it’s the same service!

    @bt_uk Yes they can’t help as it’s not technical support neither can boots without a receipt. It’s ridiculous really the port is faulty and the product can’t be used.

    @tizstu @bt_uk Never the speed guarantee because they only guarantee me a whopping 1.5MB/s, which I just about hit (not always). But I have had compensation multiple times for service dropouts.
