@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Imagine paying £20 to subscribe to @btsport last Saturday and still a week later not having the channel! Terrible. Always ‘busy’ when you phone them and callback service is a sham. Awful awful company. #rant

@bt_uk @Wylo4x4 BT have the rights to the WRC "All Live" feed for every WRC round. But EVERY RALLY BT ALWAYS let me, and other customers down when they pull the feed off their main and 'Extra' channels. You have the channel capacity, so why are you letting us down when we pay for this coverage?

@bt_uk Perhaps they should be advised to call the customer as soon as they know that any previous job is going to over run and cause them to be late, not when they are already late and saying they will be another 20+ mins. Can you rebook or will I have to call Monday?
