@Pete_Bassist @MattHancock @bt_uk What a stupid comment, try telling that to an ex work colleague of mine's family who was 5 year younger than me and died on Sunday because of it. Also why should I not allowed to have a holiday but older 'more at risk ' people as you put it can????

I have had the unfortunate of having @bt_uk 'wifi' for seven months costings me just under £200. However I cannot even get a single bar of signal in the same room as the box. Called them up for them to say I had the basic package... so basic it can't cover three foot?

@bt_uk Well no it’s nothing to do with the extension that’s a plug. But I was highlighting how bad my wifi has always been to ahve to do this but for the past couple of days it’s even worse... calls cannot connect and I now on my phone I’m using my mobile data?

@TalkTalk @bt_uk It’s says no issues, I can see there is work taking place near the green cabinet, no one there right now to ask what is happening. Broadband and phone line down.

@bt_uk I’ve done that before and can do so again, but the problem hasn’t fixed on the multiple time I’ve done that. I’m always told the line is fine and our download speed drops to 0Mb on every device in the house almost every day, so can can I have some money back too please?

@btbusinesscare BT service still as crap as ever- misinformed us about contract ending dates - failed to give us full information - 3 months later telling us our account not closed -even though new provider promised to complete the change over with no stress to us -crap
