    @bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

    @bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

    4 weeks into new BT High Speed Fibre contract and having regular issues with connection - out again today in BA12 very disappointed in @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

    Just cancelled my @BTBusiness account- the service was appalling and slow. I’m out of contract yet they charged me £18 for the to leave and a 30 day cancellation period. A lesson in how to insult a customer of 7 years and ensure I never use their service again @bt_uk @BTCare

    @bt_uk I’m fuming you told me you could switch my mini hub back on!!! You’ve cancelled everything on my service - this is disgusting. I have no wifi, can’t work & have no security around my property!! Why tell me to call when they can’t do anything!!

    @bt_uk I’m waiting for an engineer to call today. I’ve had a no show twice in the last couple of weeks and it feels like the same will happen today. I’ve lost complete faith in BT and what irks is I’m paying £60 a month for slow broadband. Can someone help

    Ouch! @bt_uk bill gone up by 25% with their “inflation linked” increase. Total rip off. Contract ends in November and then I am gone - anywhere else and I’ll never ever go back. Customer loyalty killing decision by them.

    @bt_uk I want to raise a CEO complaint - you’ve turned my services OFF & left me with no internet now for a minimum of 2 working days until a new mini hub is delivered!! I wish I’d left you now!!!! This is disgusting #avoidbt

    @bt_uk I’m now on a public WiFi network ( M&S - which is BT) and no problems connecting on iPad - strong signal and no router warning messages…
