I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Can't find anything useful, the most useful page is very dark, as if there's a screen over it. Really not an upgrade... tell I.T. to design something useful. Do they even check it?

Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk

I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
