@bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

@bt_uk Hi Aisling. You are quicker than responding than any of your phone operators. We have placed numerous orders which have then been cancelled without any notice or any explanation. So we are paying BT for a service that they will not be provided.

@BritishTelecom @bt_uk Any idea when you are going to fix v26 of the BTCloud desktop client? Clearly untested before release. The forums are full of the AV issue and systray app crashes. V17 was perfectly ok.

@bt_uk No, after speaking to 6 different advisors on chat as well as phone, we wasted 4 hours of our time trying to get internet access as me and my partner need it to work from home and it’s now caused a lot of inconvenience. We won’t be able to work and have had the worst experience.
