    @bt_uk i absolutely love it when the network goes down regularly at night. Im an insomniac who basically functions as a night person. This is happening way too much now and were considering changing providers since we pay so much for a service we can barely use.

    In the next episode of “if you want to be a b*stard to yourself…” Order @bt_uk full fibre and then watch how they cut your old broadband off and fail to ACTUALLY connect you to full fibre. 4 engineer appts and 10 days later and still nothing. GAH.

    @bt_uk I thought you’d say that. Afraid they’re not much help. It seems you don’t have much control over BT Openreach or even any reliable SLAs

    @MartinSLewis After problems I've been having in trying to port the number over from @virginmedia to @bt_uk I'll be doing the switching myself in future. Asking companies to do it on my behalf is an headache.
