  @bt_uk A family member has recently died. When we've contacted BT to cancel the contract, we've been told that we can't until August 2022 as that's when the contract expires. If we cancel sooner, we'll be charged a cancellation fee. Could you explain, please?

  @finlay2009 @bt_uk Not being supported does not mean it won't work. It just means they can't offer technical support to do so. Fyi I use a vpn with mine with no issue.

  @bt_uk There was meant to be an engineer out Saturday just gone, no one turned up just had a text saying problem fixed. It obviously hasn’t been! In the last month there has been 3 engineers out plus 1 that texted. Rang yesterday & next engineer available to come is Sat 12th...really???

  @btbusinesscare thanks for caring, agreed 2 year contract 2 weeks ago, yesterday my main business line got cut off. Your help team were useless at best yesterday. Today told it should be fixed by tomorrow!! can anyone accelerate this? we are loosing money
