@bt_uk Internet went down last night and am stuck with solid orange light now. Have tried 0800800150 but can't check the line because we got rid of our land-line and I don't have a phone number to give for the fault check. Have tried reset/unplug & wait/factory reset etc... Help?

@bt_uk this weird text woke me up from you as another day of no sleep and breathing bt faults.cant cope today very poorly.pls find out were emergency engineer is and sort my bt sports and new phone out as didnt get a chromebook or tablet which i asked 4. no Theresa pls as stated

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV
