@bt_uk @Mick2465 Oh this reply REALLY made me laugh..3 days?!!!!! My Broadband has been down 25 days and counting with no ‘fix’ in sight any time soon. My phones haven’t worked since MAY! You really need to work on your promises vs reality. 🤬

@bt_uk @dodds1_andrew Got to say your service is absolutely shocking, I usually order through sky box no problems and record for the morning. Couldn’t order through sky box tonight as it was directing me to the website. I order through your website and go to record the event and it won’t let me.

@bt_uk My @btsport channels are coming up with an IPC6007 error saying there is a problem and you can't show them. There's a phone number it advises to call - but when I do, it disconnects as 'out of hours'. Not really ideal.
