@bt_uk I know they are a temporary measure read instructions and had customer service change frequency. Crap service and not able to work and earn a living on the two back up hubs I have until 17/08

@bt_uk This is just getting worse!!! No internet for 3 days. A mini hub and EE hub (paid for new service plan) Don’t work unable to WFH properly. Told 17/08 estimated fix date??? I am paying for no service. Not good enough

@bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel parts of a subscription? You can add at touch of a button but to take an add-on off you expect people to spend ages waiting on a phone?

@bt_uk I’m sick of seeing this nonsense. Despite living in a small town my EE coverage is pretty close to nil. Of course if you were confident in your service levels we wouldn’t need this either!

Appalling, awful and atrocious service from @bt_uk new customer but engineer doesn’t show, 5 phone calls later told that next available appointment is 16 days away. No thanks BT.

@bt_uk you are constantly letting me down, how on earth can you take my monthly DD and not be providing a service for nearly three weeks. I was told today at 9.30am I would be back on and surprise surprise I’m not. Time to move to @SkyUK

@bt_uk It was a couple of hours last month, and a couple more the month before. And for all that and no service for months? £38.40 refund. It gets less every time I talk to someone.
