@bt_uk No thank you! I have been explaining the same problem for 3 months to all different levels of customer service you have. I’m not happy with your service, and it will definitely get worst if it doesn’t get sorted after today conversations with your team and the aerial team! 🤨😡

@bt_uk Hi, we know what to do. The issue is when calling the number as directed in your website (using the link you have provided) no one she has spoken too knows how to do it- so waste of time trying again. Please advise next steps- this is proving very stressful.

@bt_uk In fact someone earlier said they had worked for bt for 4 years and had never made anyone ex directory and did not know how to help. Someone must know how to help her- its stressing her out and she needs a proper response.

@bt_uk my mother has had 6 spam calls this morning. She spoke to 3 different members of your staff trying to remove the number from your online phone book (having been told before she is not on it- she is). No one knows how to remove the number. Pls help. Completely ridiculous.

@bt_uk Haha just been scrolling through this and did not see 1 positive comment about this "reliable" WiFi. Just all the same, slow doesn't work, drops out, not helpful and call centre not even open certain hours to help. Very unhelpful
