@bt_uk I get that, but what is a worry is that the line came down last Saturday - how come six days later you don’t know what is needed to fix it, and therefore can’t inform your customers more specific detail.

@bt_uk my internet has been down since 1pm and the app is suggesting there’s issues in my area and it won’t be up and running until tomorrow but my neighbours connection is fine!

@bt_uk Remember rural areas have no mobile signal, therefore no way to raise the alarm in an emergency! Having a working telephone line is essential and without it, it puts people at risk.
