@bt_uk what’s bt wifi x doing on my router ? Why is it impossible to get anyone in bt to tell me how to connect to it ? Does it come from my router ? How’s it powered ? Why does your complaint department insist on letters but respond by email ? Why did I sign up for Bt ?

@_izzykins_ @bt_uk Getting told to check my area now which I have and there's no issues so it seems a bit strange this is happening same time as Facebook outage. How can they not know? Everyone is saying the same thing! Stressed now 😬

@bt_uk no social media they admitted a problem My EE mobile dropping out but say no known issues Now my BT wifi is running awful I am trying to study my AAT and I can't play a 30 second video without buffering every second What is happening its Bradford postcode

@blnode @bt_uk Same here, two Huawei phones in the house with the same issue, but not a bt router. Says no internet, but the internet is working. Odd.
