@bt_uk Yes and they’re taking so long awaiting a response from Openreach. I no longer want to deal with @bt_uk but they’re blocking other providers from connecting broadband to my property. Disgusting service!!

@bt_uk any way to speed up a repair? My internet is down since this afternoon and the first text reply said an engineer could resolve without having to visit property yet the next text said repair would be completed by 6th Feb! I wfh so can’t afford to wait that long, London area

Still getting a **** service from @bt_uk now they have cancelled our Netflix and won't reinstate it even though we pay for it. Worse customer service ever frankly. @bt_uk don't care, they take your money and deliver little in return @Ofcom

Not to mention @bt_uk the terrible customer service I received before the offer of the ‘not yet arrived’ compensation. A man who promised to call me back on 3 occasions with solutions and never did. Who also never had a superior for me to talk to either! So so frustrating.😫😫😫

@BTCare @bt_uk after trying to get a new contract with 2 post sales advisors one cancelled the wrong thing the other sent is to sky as said we didn’t have the product with bt we eventually got sorted with someone that knew what he was doing , but he supposedly opens a complaint
