I agree. Commentary keeps breaking up in #Lyon @WestHam game. Picture fine. Perhaps @BTCare @BT need to invest in some new outside broadcast equipment. Been a problem only with #BTSport recently on my TV.

once again the BT Sports app delivers a 1998 pixelated experience on BT broadband… never have this problem with sky, all catch up and film apps. Very poor @btsport

@bt_uk It’s saying no known issues but it’s not the first time this has happened. We’ve had engineers out 3/4 times in the past for the same thing but it never seems to be resolved.
