@bt_uk Broadband has been down in my area (SP3) since 14:25. BT said it would be fixed by 20.23 but its still down and status page says no fix time now. What's going on. Its been out for over 9 hours!!

@bt_uk Our number is already registered on Call protect service and TPS and still you allow all these scammers access to YOUR customers. I have reported todays ones on that link but not holding my breathe BT will be bothered acting. Options are remove phone from line and/or go elsewhere

@bt_uk have been an absolute nightmare when it comes to @btsport. No live sport, and no suspension of service like Sky. I'll be cancelling my entire contract at its conclusion.

Why did @btsport get rid of Jake Humphrey? He wasn't amazing but he was infinitely better that the auto cue auto bot that is @lynseyhipgrave1 Plus @rioferdy5 and Rachel Brown are the human equivalent of paint drying Get **** and Dom in or something because this is AWFUL!!!

@bt_uk Cheers just managed to get it sorted we did the same thing over and over and eventually it came up with which account do we want to use , we had a choice of three but we only have one account with our broadband is this a common issue
