New 24 month contract (?!) with @bt_uk installed on 28th Feb. Second week in March told price was going up by 14%!! Nothing they will do as CPI inflation is in the T’s & C’s. Awful customer service here! Be careful of false introductory offers! @MartinSLewis

@bt_uk Ordered a broadband package on Thursday, never recieved a confirmation. Last night was texted by the order management team saying they'd cancelled it due to an error. I called this morning to check the status, and was told I needed to re-order, which I did over the phone.

@bt_uk When I signed up to have wifi with you I got a landline phone sent in the post aswell as the router. The phone is something ill never setup or use. 1. How do I dispose of it? 2. Am I being charged for a landline I don’t use?

And yeah, in meantime, direct debit has been deducted from account twice. So in total I paid - setup fee (20), twice monthly payment (30*2 = 60). And NO INTERNET YET. This was supposed to be best service in UK. @bt_uk

@bt_uk It's ok, I'm talking to someone on chat now, and they've redone the booking. But there's clearly a problem with that piece of functionality, I doubt I'm the only one affected.
