@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness For the 8th day on the trot, BT engineers miss appointments to fix our office broadband and telephone lines. What a way to treat a paying cusomer. Do not use BT for business folks, they are nothing short of shameful.

Matt Smith is perfectly capable in other situations- but presenting the cricket isn't for him. He's lacking some of the basic understanding and making mistakes that really don't help. Poor decision from @btsport

@bt_uk Thanks for this, it is 5th time, cancelling all my work and wait for engineer, but without notification engineer will not come, I loose my other works.i am really disappointed again, since almost one month from BT, you couldn't arrange one engineer for service to fix problems.
