Yet another broadband fault @bt_uk - This is beyond the joke now, between sky and bt, no one can fix it. Can someone just provide me with a decent service. It's not like I'm in the middle of nowhere, I'm in Runcorn ffs. Sooner full fibre is installed the better.

@bt_uk We managed to contact someone using the web chat service. It turns out that whilst our phones were activated the broadband was not. We have been assured that it will be activated today. However given the issues to date I suspect that we will still not be connected tomorrow.

@beduffbloke @bt_uk CV6 down since last night. BT reporting large areas of UK down last night but mostly fixed haha. Parents have a total blackout. Glad i have superfast fibre.
