@MONR0WE Agree currently with @bt_uk don’t get WiFi signal is parts of my house, complained BT said they do not guarantee a signal nothing they can do however if I upgrade to another plan they will guarantee a signal. RIDICULOUS!!

@bt_uk were not BT customers, but our internet is down and has been for the past 3 days. I believe it’s a BT line as we’ve seen several bt open reach engineers the first day. We know it’s icy and poor weather conditions but any news on when it’s getting fixed?! Wetherby, West Yrk

@jwmurphy @bt_uk Under the Universal Service Obligation BT is obliged to maintain loads of boxes. BT wants rid of most as people just don't use them but they're stuck with then. Sadly the KX ones are ugly compared to the K2.
