Feels like I'm back on dial up internet, trying to hotspot off my phone. Why do @bt_uk think it's a good idea to not send out your new router till the day your new service starts? I've been disconnected from my old provider and am now stuck waiting for the postie!

@bt_uk I mean just look at this entire twitter thread that pretty much documents the series of events The amount of failed callbacks, missed appointments, delays, lies, empty promises, phone calls, letters and emails is just staggering. The issue is the same today as it was at the start

Switching our ISP next month to @bt_uk. Not for better speeds than @SkyUK's (we're limited to FTTC here), but to stop paying almost 50% of my current non-TV service provision fees for a landline we never use. Also pondering a move to @freesat_tv – that'd be another huge saving.
