@bt_uk got the FTTP sorted. It’s working well but probably even better in the 10 days. I think Sky booster was interfering with the stability. Does that sound right? Thinking about tv now. Sky doesn’t seem to stay connected to BT.

@bt_uk Oh ok. So when my elderly mother is offered it, can she ask to stay on the copper service? I only ask because she lives in an area which has lots of power cuts and still needs to be able to phone people. Thanks.

Not a great start with @virginmedia….since getting it haven’t had any tv due to an ‘error on the network’ which will take 2 days to fix. Also can’t log in to the tv app. Regretting moving from @bt_uk already

@bt_uk I do, alongside an open complaint. Promised phonecall yesterday with an update! I had to call instead. No clarity, no urgency. No mobile signal, no phone line, no internet! I am not alone, this impacts the entire remote village. Tuesday is the latest date!
