@bt_uk is it standard practice for your centre mangers to refuse to log a customer complaint?!? He would only log it if it could be closed the same day and when I refused he ended the call??????

@btbusinesscare I have just discovered the whole home Wi-Fi 6 discs. Why has no one reached out to me to advise me if these knowing how high up my complaint went after being mis-sold the ones I have now!!!!
