  @bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   @btbusinesscare broadband cable has come down in the road and now several residential and business premises without broadband for 4 days. Estimated repair date moves forward on a daily basis. How long will this take? Will I receive a discount off my bill for no service?

  @btbusinesscare This issue is still bot resolved. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.
