If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk and contractors haven’t fixed it. A disgrace! They are in 80s
