@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Do you sell a phone which can be worn as wrist watch/bangle? One that doesn't go off onless one "dials" 999/111? Such a product is needed so no matter where one is in a house if someone falls they can call help. It would be good also if there a voice activated version.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp But maybe that's what the updated Lower Feltham poles and hopefully new not smashed up boxes as well would have in them updated signal phone lines with higher volume on the phone so we can hear it on full whack volume and constant internet line signal to our Hub's.
