@John_McKee @bt_uk Hi John did you get anywhere with @bt_uk ? I’ve got exactly the same issue no activation until April but sold #hybridconnect as a short term fix before activation. But now I’m staring at a white light and blue signal bars.

@bt_uk so rang BT today , to move all my services to them, said they would call me back, this morning, still waiting , typical BT useless, so have decided know that I will go to virgin,much better customer service at least virgin get things done, not like 3rd rate BT

Dear @bt_uk Our mum is 94 yrs old in 2 weeks and relies on her landline phone Her service failed Oct23 Engineer said old handset needed replacing… mm? We chose BT to order a new one. But ‘tween you and @RoyalMail - it has not been delivered yet Can u help? @SueAuthor knows

@bt_uk I've been waiting nearly three weeks for my broadband hub to arrive, when it was dispatched on 48h tracked delivery. I logged a complaint last week and have still heard nothing. I'm without Internet which is a real bother as a teacher on summer holidays!

Just lost my @bt_uk broadband - and they are saying it could be days before it’s repaired. I work from home. Disgraceful service. If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

@bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)

@bt_uk Hello! I've had a problem: for a year (between first 2 speed tests), my broadband speed was much lower than advertised. I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

Hi @bt_uk. You installed Digital Voice @JohnStapletonTV's house in Oct. It has never worked. He's spent hrs on his (mobile) phone trying to get you out. You've failed to show a couple of times. 1) When are you coming? 2) Will you refund him for many months of line not working?

Can’t remember the last time I made a call on my @bt_uk landline but just received my latest bill and discover the cost of a landline to landline call is 25p/min !! And that’s a bog standard number - no special service. Time to unplug it I think !!

Having the worst time with @bt_uk promise after promise and still in a nightmare! Was advised to create a new account as home move on old account wouldn’t compete. Did that, eventually got set up a month later and now old account remains active despite hrs on the phone.
