@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Further more when Bt came to install my Bt Halo 1 they never sent the new Bt Halo Hub so the engineer had to use my old router. So is this a acceptable standard for a Bt service. The engineer couldn't even connect my home phone as its a copper feed 🤔🤔

Easy to see the chasm in difference between @SkySports v BTSport, both in technology AND in the customer service experience. Sky resolve first call in a jiffy.... BT.... well - as you can see, it was so bad that I preferred writing off £25 that I’d only paid an hour earlier.
