Don’t bother getting @bt_uk for tv broadband and phone, I’ve never had so many issues! Complete incompetence from start to finish, and still have no phone or tv #useless

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service from yourselves. A week now and still with limited service on broadband. My wife has spent hours on the phone and as for the “keep you connected “ as a plus customer is a joke . The mini hub is a complete waste of time. 😡😡😡😡

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

I find it incredibly frustrating that I can’t use the @btsport app when I pay for the service via my @virginmedia subscription. At least the @SkySports app allows you to login using your Virgin Media account details.
