@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

Today we were "slammed" by the arseholes @TalkTalk . Basically taking over our telephone and broadband without consent. The arseholes @bt_uk let it happen and currently no TV or broadband. Also, now can't work from home. Why is UK customer service so utterly abysmal?

PSA don't go with @bt_uk, all providers minus @virginmedia, use the same line. Just shop around and make sure their services: customer and broadband is top as BT are just terrible.

@bt_uk “Just hold for a couple of minutes for me” said your Technical Help call handler! 35 minutes later the call “dropped out”. Your Christmas music was good though! Decided to leave the queue for second all after 20 minutes. Not a BT fan right now 😡
