@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

@OpenreachHelp Thanks for the reply, we just contacted @bt_uk. Perhaps look at how to improve services ie.. - Maybe carry out a quick survey before actual installation day and discuss any issues with customers -Have customers send 📸's of existing entry boxes so it can assessed remotely

@bt_uk the most horrendous service from BT with them cutting off our talk talk broadband & phoneline, leaving us without wifi for 4 weeks!! We have costs of more than £2500 now!! No complaint procedure or email & have been told a manager would ring 5 times now!!!! Still nothing!
