So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

Reiterated it's a software fault at the Cleveleys exchange again. Said again many others having same issues. Getting frustrated again. Do you want his mob number to check??!
