@bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.

@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk At my wits end trying to order BT Fibre for my mum's new home. After 2 weeks we've been left with 4 separate accounts with 3-4 orders on each all auto-cancelled, replaced, & cancelled. There's an open complaint, asked for a manager to step in & been refused. Fed up. Help!
