@bt_uk A week with no phone line or internet, supposed to be fixed today but just heard won't be happening. Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

@bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

@bt_uk Appalling service. Engineer came on Weds to set up our system - 6 days on still nothing - no broadband or TV. Numerous phone calls and two different excuses as to why it is not working. No confidence that this will get sorted #shambles

As well as incredibly poor customer service @bt_uk are also absolute liars. Just been told that an engineer has fixed the fault yet still have no phone line and no internet. I feel a change of provider coming in the new year.

Love renewing a contract and paying for a service @BTCare and then nobody turning up at the time promised to install broadband. Well worth the monthly cost, time off work and threats of penalties if I cancel. What about if you screw up? Like you have today?

@bt_uk Kevin, I had a call from BT. I've set up a new package. I knew I'd lose some channels as soon as this went through, didn't realise ALL the Premium channels would go. I'm navigating the new package, getting used to new channels & programmes. Thanks for your help & advice. Jeanie

@bt_uk Well done BT for selling PS5s to their customers (only 1/customer). That’s how I got one. Been a BT Fibre 100 customer for 2 years (good working from home Covid timing). Very reliable & performant. Just renewed for another 2years £3/month cheaper. Nice.

@tigerrector @bt_uk We are experiencing the same issue. Never asked @bt_uk for it & only way we knew we didn't have a live phone line was when we missed a flood alert call. Called to ask for it cancelling told the area was being updated to new system still no phone line.
