@bt_uk Not a new build at all. Several operators ordered my broadband (phone line’s working fine) & then it kept being cancelled by the service provider. Numerous phone calls to yourselves, promised call backs didn’t happen. I gave you over 2 weeks to sort it out before going elsewhere

@bt_uk Hi, I had a small outage yesterday but it was fixed before I could call and it prompted me to check if the mini hub was still working as I've not needed it for a while, it did make me think that I could use the mini hub as a portable wifi hotspot outside the home ...1/2
