Hoping you can help, we are due to have full fibre installed next week, the service is provided via the telegraph pole in the rear alley, is it possible for the engineer to run the cable over the roof and install the ont at the front of the house? In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

To confirm this theory I am going to go to my friends house and connect to their Wi-Fi. If I can access eBay on there Wi-Fi it is definitely a BT issue.

I was called last Friday & PROMISED that the missing SIM card would be delivered to us yesterday! It has not been. I can’t explain how frustrated we are with BT!

Part of my complaint is the amount of time wasted trying to sort your error out. The onus is on you to show some customer service and have the decency to contact me following my complaint.
