Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. George Somerville (@geosomerville) reportedDear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
