They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

Can't reconnect until today 3 days later. Promised someone would call today. No call received yet they insist they did at 9:30

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
