    @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

    @bt_uk my mother in law is a vulnerable adult with a careline system. Phone line has been broken for over day. Your website wont allow us to flag the fault number for urgent attention and there’s no contact numbers. HELP!

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @btsportufc @btsport why is your coverage of the UFC so poor? Once again it’s Sunday morning and the event replays are not working on any apps. And BT box failed to record. Makes it impossible to watch before seeing the results. Sort it out, third event in a row this happened

    @btsport @bt_uk @UFCEurope every week the BT sport app doesn't work on multiple devices. What's the point on price increases if your going to make the service worse. The UFC always goes about not illegally streaming. How can we not do that when BT doesn't work??

    @btsport absolutely livid at how horrible your service is. I have not been able to watch last night's UFC replay due how shoddy your video player app is. Can't believe how inconsistent it is and how badly it performs. I will be looking for a refund for the weeks it is broken.
