While I was sat here, lightning has blown my Smart Hub, it's dead powerwise, & maybe the overhead wire into the house. It's 0700hrs Sunday & no help available, you haven't thought of this?

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.
