  @bt_uk Hi my elderly parents have been without broadband for 48hours. They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. They are in the EN10 area.

  Big shout out to @bt_uk who have upgraded a 91 years olds phone to a new digital line 2 weeks ago and the phones and broadband haven’t worked since! Sent 1 engineer to as it must be a problem with the setup in the house, he confirmed it was a line fault. Had 2 more appointments

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.

  So I’ve had a BT landline since 1986 and broadband since 2002, but my renewal cost for broadband 900 Mb was £78.99 but after conversation £60.99, although a new customer can get it for £38.99. Ever felt like you are being ripped off.Awful customer service @bt_uk
