    @bt_uk Day 16 in the NO BT Broadband House and still a lack of updates and progress to fix a customer fault caused by a BT department. Do you think if I took my car to a garage and they damaged it they would leave it or be embarrassed and fix it? #badservice

    @bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

    @bt_uk Hi, I’d like to cancel an installation engineer visit as the broadband is already up and running due to there already being a phone line - i’ve tried contacting by phone but lines are all busy. Thanks in advance!

    @bt_uk Day 14 in the no BT  Broadband House. Customer services are absolutely appalling. BT Wholesale are clueless and everyone seems incapable of fixing the issue caused by a department within BT.

    I don’t understand how @bt_uk can keep customers on hold for over 2 hours. (Still on hold!) be passed off by 3 different team members. No ownership at all and when I believed it was being owned it was a sales pitch when my complaint wasn’t resolved. Shocking service

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    @bt_uk @nowtvhelp can you please provide me with an update on the broadband outage in in L8 area on going since last Wednesday. Both now tv (who I have broadband contract with) and bt (who provide the service to now tv) are unable to provide any update/ETA for resolution.

    @bt_uk Part 2. I ring back and the system says it will be at least half an hour, as they are busy. Nice way to treat a new customer, I think this could be dead in the water before it starts.

    Although @bt_uk have good customer service, the actual service has been a bit 💩 Only been with them 7 weeks and after a delayed start it got up and running fine now my broadband says theres a fault on the line so i have to wfh tethering off my phone for the next couple of days🙄

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp 2 weeks ago you came to my house to fit fibre&caused thousands of pounds worth of damage by bursting a pipe under my floor.I'm still waiting for a phonecall back& replies 2 my emails(I've rang over 10 times now!)If I owed you £££s it'd be a different story!

    @bt_uk Shocking Service still not connected although app says were still being connected 9th February call centers a joke, no one follows up or gives a damn about the customer service cause once they hang up its not their problem!!!
