@bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

@bt_uk receiving absolutely appalling service from you. Told you on 8/7/19 I was moving home. Broadband meant to be working on 19/7/19 in new home. After several phone calls to you still no broadband and no one seems to care. Promised call backs don’t happen Might just cancel.

@bt_uk please help. Yesterday booked engineer, it was cancelled 2 mins later as linefault repair. Still down, unable to contact 81yr old Mum who lives alone, her lifeline system linked to phone line, we need a resolution now!

Appalled that @bt_uk are so uncaring in the event of a death in the family. Closing down an email account that I need to access to help sort my darling dad’s many other accounts is so unhelpful and causing me undue distress at the worst possible time. Will never use them again.

@btcare your internet service is unacceptable. It is constantly dropping ever since changing to you a couple weeks ago. This never happened in the previous 15 years when I had another provider and it means my children can’t do their lessons online. #ofcom #btdontcare

Every radio show I've made wfh in lockdown has been a miracle. We have lost count of the many visits from @bt_uk engineers and bits that have been replaced inside and outside of our house and at the exchange 🤯 and still the problems remain. Next appt on Monday. Wish me luck 🤞

@SImonPegg5 @bt_uk I think the app updated and they didn't test it correctly. I have a Google TV, and the icon disappeared, and if I force it to launch it goes into Portrait mode, like it is on is phone. Very poor QA.

@thebeerybear @bt_uk In my experience on and off with BT over the years, the actual services I have are pretty good - however the customer service is absolutely dreadful.
