I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

Is there a known issue at the moment, or have you pushed new firmware overnight or something which has broken it? Found a problem and had to come back at a later date. Turns out the first engineer had cut a wire and hadn’t realised. Took many visits and no shows. A shower or &hite is how I would describe BT

They also accused Twitter accounts @bt_uk and @BTGroup and @BTSopenreach as scammer accounts. Also say BT customer resolution doesn’t exist. Happy New Year.
