@bt_uk I have been a BT customer for years without complaint. Now, as I try to get my broadband moved to my new property, the service has been dreadful and I’m done with BT. Last straw, the promised call this evening that didn’t materialise despite a text promising it. Disaster!

@bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

@bt_uk Everytime I turn my TV and sometimes PS4 on it doesn't connect to the internet. I contacted the manufacturer and followed their troubleshoots but they've been unsuccessful and suggest I try you, my broadband provider, next. Can you help?

@bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

@bt_uk I signed up with that last summer when they were running the fibre lines. Currently just says VDSL available. Just curious why 3 streets are left out of the rollout and it’s impossible to get any further details with Openreach as an end customer.

Day 6 with total loss of service from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach Fiber is totally dead so no access to internet or phone calls. Can't even dial 999 on it in an emergency. Luckily I get occasional mobile phone coverage (not from BT) so I'll use that if I need an ambulance.

@bt_uk Your forum moderator suggested a fix by end of Feb. We are past that with no fix. This is becoming ridiculous. Remember we pay for this and it is a part of the BT Broadband proposition

@bt_uk When is Open Reach / fibre optic broadband reaching some areas of zone 1 in London? I've registered my interest but looks like it could be a long time coming as in years?! I may as well move to the countryside. The quality of MS Teams calls whilst wfh are shocking. Send help!
