I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

Installed BT just before lockdown and had issues with the aerial, it took them about 2 months to send someone out. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..
