My office ISDN line has been on-and-off for ages, down a lot and pathetic upload speeds. When @bt_uk cut me off without any warning today I was forced to change to @Vodafone mobile wifi - it's faster, cheaper (unlimited data), stable, no long contract. Don't hesitate, dump them.
