@bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

Moved home with @bt_uk who transferred my broadband to the new address. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. 10 days after the service was transfer they have now cut the service. With no explanation. 1/3

@bt_uk Just logged back in to check the settings, it's now showing new emails but won't let delete or open anything, it still keeps showing the "unexpected error" message. Whatever is the problem, seems to be slowly sorting itself out, so I'll try again later and see if it works fully.
