    @bt_uk actually everything was sorted but then the WiFi completely became inconsistent this morning. I have now resumed tethering my iPhone. Is there any way to check what’s going on with the signal? It was working fine all weekend?!

    @bt_uk Hi Aled. I’m using Apple Mail on Mac & iPhone. I’ve fixed it this morning. On iOS I had to put in the Outgoing server password again. macOS, putting in the password again didn’t help, kept failing ‘can’t connect to the account…’.

    @btsport Hi.. I have just returned to BT tv after two years away and am viewing it through a TV box. All of the internet based sport channels have sound pause problems. I have already done a factory reset and software update but no improvement. There’s a sound pause about every 20 seconds

    Once again we’re having to stay calm while TV signal keeps dropping out, broadband is sloth-like etc. Just phoned them but got cut off after waiting an eternity for an answer. I’m sure @bt_uk will tell me yet again that they’ve checked and all is fine!!😡😡😡

    @MarkAshley01 @btsport Here's something to blow your mind: Every channel you get from Virgin... you pay a proportion to each month. Are you a Sky subscriber because a few pence goes toward the carriage of Sky One? How about an ITV2 HD customer - because you pay toward that too.

    @bt_uk The engineer visit fixed original problem of no dial tone but then we were left with so much noise on line impossible to use - which I then reported and fault was reopened
