  @bt_uk your current email verify service is useless. As soon as you ask for a verify code you then have to come out of the page to get the email and then the page is lost. Whoever designed this brilliant scheme should be fired as they are an idiot. Please change this NOW

  WiFi over the last couple of months has been shocking. @bt_uk installed new socket, router etc still bad. Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT?   @bt_uk Your email security is blocking access to the mail server as it suspects the network I’m on… works sometimes, then stops, change network and it’s a lottery if it works or not… I’ve setup a forward to gmail

  @bt_uk I was told, on Sun, that it was planned 2b here Mon. Then told Mon it was planned 2b here Tues. Now told tomorrow. If the engineer had tested his work before he left I may not have been in this position! Now I’ve had to cancel a job of work “in case” this persists! #unacceptable

  So, this new digital voice from @bt_uk If the internet is down you can't use your landline. Guess what, the internet is down so we don't have a phone. We can't get a mobile signal in our area, that's why we have a landline. This is progress apparently.
